The entire staff at Aspen Dental are fantastic! It’s been YEARS since I’ve had any dental work done. Finally putting myself first! Dr Acosta is so friendly, as is everyone else in the office. Dr Acosta explained my treatment plan. Surprisingly, I’m looking forward to seeing a better smile and better dental health before the holidays. I’m a happy person. Thank you so much to everyone at Aspen Dental.

Aspen Dental is the best dental office I have been to in many years. They are so kind and pleasant to interact with. They care about any pain you are experiencing and pay attention to not cause more pain for you. They do everything they can to try and resolve your issues. The dentist Dr Acosta is WONDERFUL!!! He is honestly the best dentist I have ever been to.
Haley the receptionist, and Natalie, who work up front are so nice. The two I've had experience with in the back, Caitlin, who did my impressions, and Cedarius, who helped the dentist are also great. If for any reason, and I know we all have them, you have reservations or are scared or worried about going to the dentist, Aspen Dental in Lake City just might change your mind.

Everyone is pleasant and efficient!
My dental hygienist is top-of-the-line! She made sure that I was comfortable and was doing well during my procedure!

I was turned away by the employee on the phone, just by her cutting me off when asking a question. I was sent multiple text to confirm my upcoming appt, I confirmed all text messages and still get a voicemail the day before stating I had to have a verbal confirmation by 4pm or the appt will be cancelled, so i call back to confirm and it goes to voicemail. I called back again and then i get the snappy employee. I'd rather spend my money with customer friendly staff, that are welcoming.

What a chit show this place is. Called and set up and appointment for my husband telling the person making the appointment that he had a tooth that was in EXTREME pain and just wanted it pulled she said no problem we can do that. Upon him showing up for the appointment this is where it all went downhill these people are NOT in business to take care of the problem at hand but to sell you on other products. After 3 closer to 4 hours he still HAS NO RELIEF but….. he can get all the dental work that he DIDN'T want done for 34,000. WHAT A JOKE THIS PLACE IS DO NOT GO HERE save your time and your money. Oh but they could pull the tooth the next week, if he prepaid for the service right then and there.
I would give NO STAR SERVICE !

They all made me feel like I could trust that I was in good hands and the doctor was awesome, no pain, hardly no wait time he was finished in less than a hour, very happy with their service 🥰

Got awesome cosmetic filling on front of front teeth and it was an excellent color match. I was not happy about the filthy dirty floors. Had dental waste and contaminated glove pieces right next to the exam chair.😡

Note: there is only 1 dentist and endless 😩 waiting. I had a simple repair, a tooth fell out of my denture. On the phone they said they'd fix it while I wait. I had to drive a long way to get there. But no I had to wait to give the repair to that 1 dentist and then was told it be ready @5 p.m. I picked it up the next day, the repair didn't last the night. The tooth fell back out. Waste of time n money. Can you say Amazon, got on looked up denture achive, got some done.

Called with a small emergency and the lady I spoke to said they were booked until January but accept walk-ins so I drove the 30 minutes. Turn out the lady I spoke is from the call center and basically doesn’t know anything!Total waste of time and got no help for my kid. Not the nicest or friendliest people either.

I've been here about several times. although I haven't been seen in awhile (because of covid) I called my dentist office an told them I needed a emergency tooth extraction and needed to make a emergency appointment. I told them my pain level which is an has been above a 10. Now I have been happy with this office all the way up untill they didn't care that one of their patients/customers were in unimaginable pain. I was then told they don't do emergency appointments (even though they do) an was told that they could get me in at the end of September. I have two children that I have to attend to. My oldest just turned 7 an my youngest just turned 3. I have a very high tolerance for pain. But they expect me to stay with this pain untill September? This is not the first wisdom tooth that needed to be pulled. I've dealt with the pain of this tooth for a couple years but now the pain level is so bad I can barely make it through the day.. But my lovely dentist office didn't care. They make you feel like "they care" but when it comes down to it.. they could truly care less about the pain your in. I'm truly so disappointed in this dentist office
