I have been a patient at this practice since June, 2019. Recently a new dentist assumed responsibility for my care, Dr. Manuel Acosta. Dr. Acosta is EXCEPTIONAL!! He is thorough, takes times to explain, considers patient input, and patient and confidence building. I highly recommend this practice.

Let's just say my first impression was not a good one.... I had an appointment at 4pm so I showed up at 3:45 so I could fill out any paperwork because it was my first visit. There wasn't much paperwork for me to fill out because I had filled out most of it online. I didn't get called back until 5pm. I had some x-rays done which took a total of 5 minutes and then I just sat in my room for the next waiting to be seen by the dentist. The dentist finally came it and looked in my mouth for about 2 minutes and told me that since I haven't been to a dentist in 8 years that I needed a deep cleaning and a filling. I completely understand that I need the cleanings and the filling but what came next was a major shock.
I went to set up my appointments for my cleaning and filling then the cashier tells me that it will cost my $762. I thought for sure that they had made a mistake because I have dental insurance but she smiled and said there was no mistake and had I not had dental insurance it would have cost $2600. Needless to say my first visit and first impression was not a good one.

They care about you and go above and beyond taking care of what you need.
I'm very picky about who I go to and am happy I found them.

I, like most people I’m sure, was very hesitant about making a dentist appointment but whether done online or on the phone it was a simple process. I was able to be seen a couple days after my call. Appeared as if I had an emergency though I would have been able to be seen same day. Staff is very friendly and made me feel comfortable the day of an extraction. I’ll continue coming here for any dental needs and would highly suggest checking them out.

Arrived @ 8:45am per the front office when I made the initial appointment. The appointment was scheduled @ 9am & 9:15am waited until 10:15 to go to the back then another hour in the back to not leave until 11am. Not only did the wait make me very upset but it was about 50 degrees in the waiting room, freezing! The receptionist was more concerned about her not being hot and didn't seem to care that the paying customers were very uncomfortable. There was a couple of other patients that complained about the long wait. I scheduled to have a routine cleaning and never received a cleaning, just a consultation. Not what I expected at all since my 2 boys went the day before and didn't wait too long and had their cleanings with no problem.

My first visit. I am terrified and traumatized by dentists, so it has been years since I have had the nerve to make an appointment. The staff seems very nice and professional, but I was not impressed with Dr. Carter. He had zero personality, and did nothing to relieve my tension and fear. He went through the motions and explained a few things, but I felt as though I was more of a bother to him instead of a paying patient. He showed no compassion, was not friendly and not even a smile!
I hope that on my next visit I will get a different Doctor, or I won't be going back.

I was visiting family from out of state when I had a bad tooth flare up. After 2 days of not sleeping and in terrible pain I decided to go ahead and have my tooth pulled instead of waiting until I returned home. I called Aspen Dental and told them my situation and they fit me right in. I was there for almost 2 hours, filling out paperwork, getting x-rays done, full exam on my teeth, discussing Invisiline ( their alternative to braces) all the while telling them I don't live in Florida I just need a tooth pulled. So after all is said and done they took the bib off of me and when I asked them if they were going to pull my tooth they said they didn't have time. Almost 2 hours there and instead of meeting my immediate needs they were more concerned about drumming up future business, which I wouldn't even be in town for. Highly disappointed and wondering how I'm going to make the 8 hour drive home with no sleep and in pain. I wouldn't recommend Aspen Dental to anyone as they don't care about the people.
