The staff are very professional and extremely friendly. Rebecca the hygienist seemed to really care about the health of my teeth. She was very thorough and took time to explain how to care for me. I appreciate that type of service and feel confident that I’ll be handled with care. Thank you

I give Dr. Carter and his team 5 stars! He is wonderful. I drive an hour just to go to their office.
However, the oral surgeon Dr. Milton is awful. He has no bedside manner, and clearly forgets when his patients are not sedated. The way that he was digging and prying at me teeth was not okay. I even have a hole in my mouth that seems to be much larger than necessary. He stitched something, but clearly not enough. Hoping it heals without getting infected! He got the job done but, if I ever need an oral surgeon again I will be going to a different office to have that procedure done. Steer clear of Dr. Milton.

I recently went to Aspen Dental and I had the best experience with them. Dr.Acosta was really great and gentle with what he worked on, and the DA she was great, always checking up on me making sure I was ok and wasnt in pain or having any problems, and I got great consultants from Dana.

Aspen Dental was great. I had a painful tooth and my regular dentist was not available. I called Aspen and they offered me 3 appointment times to help fit my schedule. I was called back promptly, and was treated very professionally by staff and Dr Estes. The staff and doctor seemed to have a good relationship..
If I did not already have a dentist closer yo my home, I definitely go back to Aspen.

Very unprofessional Services they called me 4 times to confirm my appointment and left rude messages on my voicemail how i had to call them or lose my appointment my guess is they are to busy to give Quality care. Also i confirmed it online as well. There system is broken for many years now it is broken in Lake city as well now. Frustrated and now a Lost Customer.

Everyone was and is very kind, patient and sweet. I have had a couple of really bad experiences with other dental office's which has made me very fearful of the dentist and I have told them of that fact. However, Dr. Estes and staff were wonderful, very friendly and reassuring .
I will and have already recommended them to others .

Very impressed with techs adjustments and she was very friendly. Although after eating lunch at the Red Ginger(which was excellent) my lower denture was still painful and probably going to need further trimming. But all in all I would be happy to be a patient at your office.

I visited Aspen for a cleaning and tooth repair. I was examined and told I needed a treatment before my teeth could be cleaned. I understood that. I asked to have a chip in my tooth repaired the so called dentist stated there's no need to repair it because it's going to chip again and she walked out. Very disappointed because the owner of that Aspen office repaired it last time. Then they loud talked me at the checkout desk about me not having money to pay for the treatment they suggested I go through. HIPPA was out the door on that conversation . Although that was my second visit, I will never returned to aspen dental. The dentist made me feel like she did not want to deal with me and the Clerk embarrassed me because I couldn't afford a $900.00 treatment. BAD BUSINESS...

A couple of days later, I responded to the Admin Julie who stated that she would really like to talk to me. I called and was advised that Julie would call me back within an hour. Here is is 7-9 days later..
The hour isn't up yet. I think Aspen dental responds in this manner to make themselves look as if they are trying to rectify the problem. By they I asked another dentist how can I fix the paradontis issue. He told me I need to have my teeth cleaned every three months. I told him Aspen dental said that they could not clean them unless I went through their treatment plan for $900.00 that dental insurance doesn't pay for. It's all about more money with them. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Everyone at the Lake City location is great! They are friendly and care. So many places these days act like you are a bother. Not here! Couldn't be better. Well unless maybe they wash my car too! ⁸

I had a great experience st Aspen dental. Receptionist always welcomed me by name. The girls in the back knew which patient they were coming to get n walked right up to recapturing called them by name. Very kind, considerate, n compassionate to patients. I have all my dentures n yes the lower denture is the one that has gave me a problem but it was fixed the next day. I will highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone who I hear talking about finding a dentist. Thank you to the dentist who,pulled my 4 teeth though one of the teeth wanted to,play ping pong but they found it. I never felt the needles going in my gums n never felt the teeth come out. This dentidt n his staff is that good at what they do. Thank you Aspen Dental for everything.
