Fraud -- they have lied to me and Aetna on multiple occasions. They first sweet talked me into getting a crown from a dentist Truc Nyugen that is not even certified from Aetna -in spite of me asking about the same, then billed the work as out of network, Then they are lying to Aetna! lol now they have complaints against them for sending fictitious fraudulent "billing statements" with the FTC - federal trade commission, Aetna's fraud dept - so they can revoke their dental network privileges, the Florida dept of health, the FL attorney general's office and the CFPB for sending fake billing statements.
I would encourage all of their customers who have gone through a similar experience to file similar complaints so that these ppl cease to exist as a business. very shady and they lie to everyone including Aetna just to save their neck. All of the good reviews are most likely fake!

I had such a pleasant experience here! My x-rays were done quickly and efficiently. Everyone on staff is so nice! Dr. Lemus and Dr. Witelus are kind and professional. I hadn't been to the dentist in way too long, and they were far from judgmental and I felt really comfortable there. I highly suggest this office for your dental care!

I had the best experience and wouldn’t go to any other dentist! I haven’t gotten my teeth cleaned in over a year and Dr. Witleus was attentive and really cared. The office is clean and professional. I’m so happy I found this dentist and office!

It was my first dentist appointment in almost 2 years and I had put off going as I did not think I had any issues. I have been very busy working full time now and my prior dentist of 15 years did not have hours that I could manage for my usual visits. First, I was so impressed with the facility and friendly staff. And yes I found I do need to pay more attention to my teeth as I did have a cavity and some gum problems. BUT! It was their panoramic x-ray that may be my life-saver. It revealed such detail that an area on my carotid artery was seen that puts me at risk for stroke (a health risk in my family)-- even though I am only 62 years old! Actually, I have had some symptoms over the past few years that I attributed to something else--like stress! I am extremely grateful and thankful for this new dentist and her team--for their excellent attention to detail and personal care and attention. Never mind their state of the art facility at Viera Modern Dentistry!

New to the area and needed to address tooth pain. Practice was able to get me in quickly and determined a root canal was needed. Addressed the pain issue immediately and had the root canal done at their office three days later as well as a new crown. Staff and Dentists were very professional and pleasant. Office was clean and modern. This is now my local family dentist.

My first experience there was horrible . The front staff were very rude . They tried to say they dont accept my insurance in THE MIDDLE OF MY EXAM . Which they assumed was medicad. Even when I tried to assure them of my insurance she would not let me talk at all to clarify myself , was speaking all loud for no reason , cutting me off saying my insurance was another name for medicad and talking over me , ended up making me pay out of pocket. Come to find out they DO ACCEPT MY INSURANCE which was not medicad as I tried to explain . I spoke with the manager who doesnt care at all either you can hear it in her tone. They are refunding me but the damage is done. This experience was embarrassing, degrading, and a waste of time . I would not recommend!
