Talk about being financially discriminated against....
How can you be an emergency clinic and make your client feel like you wont help them when they are in massive pain all because they wont cough up 3200 to do more work that they didnt ask for?
I went in because they promoted they accept emergency walk ins. I have massive pain in my jaw from a tooth that needs a root canal. That's what I went in for. The dentist who sat me down told me he would take care of me and let's get the xrays done. Sat me in a room and put a towel around me and got his utensils out. He told me he wanted to do 2 root canals and a bridge. I said only the root canal. I need to fix the pain and I'll come back from the rest because I couldnt afford all that work. He got me an estimate for everything. The woman came in to discuss everything and told me 3200 when all I asked for was a root canal. I said no. I cant afford that. After that I was pretty much told he was booked and couldnt help me. I was told i would get a phone call to set up an appointment for April 3rd. I got no phone call. I felt like just because I wouldn't fork up 3200 for extra work that wasnt needed they threw me out. I have never felt so discriminated against because I'm not made of money. That was the last time I will ever show up to this place and I will never recommend them to anyone.. You should not treat patients that way.

Sister had appointment for 1030 was not seen til noon. Was never called to be warned about delay. She needed a driver all her paperwork said it be hour max. Instead spent 4 hours there. Staff extremely unhelpful and more worried lunch
