Dr. Lemus, her assistant Lisa and Dr. Raiken are excellent. They are compassionate, kind and provide superior dental care. They made me during my visit, and my daughter (age 10) during her visit, feel less anxious and well taken care of. Our dental care was a priority of course, but so were our feelings throughout the process. We were more than just teeth to be taken care of. We were people to be cared for.

Great customer service with good staff. Uses modern equipment with clean environment.

AVOID THIS DENTIST AT ALL COSTS!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD. My father had dental work done here and was overcharged for his treatment plan by thousands of dollars. We have been trying to collect the funds for over 4 months and we keep getting the run around. They agree that they need to refund the money and say that they are doing so, however it's all talk. They have yet to return the funds that they were never owed from the very beginning. Taking advantage of the elderly!! Unfortunately, we have no choice but to seek legal action against this dentist. If you search through reviews, this is NOT the first time that this has happened!!!! SHAME ON THEM!!!! Go somewhere else that has better business practices!!!

My wife and I have had unpleasant experiences going to Modern Dentistry in Viera, FL. They make you sign tons of waivers. They don't even show you what you are signing. We have both had visits that were supposed to be 30 minutes, but every time we instead had to spend around 3 hours. They have no T.V.'s or anything to keep you entertained. The dental exam rooms aren't very private and you can hear everyone's personal business. The whole time you just stare at a blank wall for literately hours. They have wifi, but it has never worked. I needed more work than normal. We got them to give us an estimate on how much it would cost to fix my teeth. They quoted me 32,000.00 I was in shock. There is no way my teeth should cost that much to fix. We went to another dentist before this and they said it would only be 8,000.00. We went here because they were supposed to be a better dentist. The last time my wife went here she said the dental assistant shoved the needle in her gums so hard it made her start crying. I do not recommend this dentist office. They will over charge you on everything and ruin your whole day by how long they take and the fact that they don't show any care or concern that your time is important to you and your family.

Unfortunately, I have to change my review to negative for this practice. The work this practice performed was not acceptable. The implant broke twice. He gave me a bridge that broke twice. And after many thousands and thousands of dollars, I'm right where I started. It appears the Dentist here is very limited as too what he can do. Every time I went to this office, they said I needed a root canal. They sub contract the dentist out. Two different dentist did the many root canals here. It appears they have traveling dentists come in once a week to do root canals and implants. Thought they were good but I am worse off and at least 10,000 lesser than I started. Very heavy sales pressure when you are in the chair. Please be carefully here. The Dentist seemed great. He even promised to make it right. Still waiting

Viera Modern Dentistry has restored my faith in the dental services available in Brevard. The office is spotless and state of the art. Every single staff member I encountered was professional, friendly, and compassionate. As a senior on a fixed income, I was distraught over how I would pay for the extensive work that I needed. Without hesitation, Dr. Witelus offered, not just words of comfort, but an actual plan that will allow me to get the work done. For the first time in my adult life, I felt genuinely cared for by my dentist and his staff.

While I can not honestly say that I would consider a visit to the dentist office fun, the staff here at Viera Modern Dentistry surely make it more of a pleasurable and humane experience.

It was a struggle to get my husband to Viera Modern Dentistry for his much needed new dentures. We arrive later than expected, could not find a diaabled parking space near.the ofdive and took tiime to get him car to.walker to office. Although we were late we were aakess ro.xomplwte hia new patient forms on the Ipad. When I presented the Ipad with formas completed as best I could at 76 withosteoaetheitia in my hands we were abruptly told that THE DENTIST WAS TOO BUSY TO SEE US TODAY AND WE NEEDED TO RESCHEDULE Being a professional educator I very much understand.scheduling diifficulties BUT looking.at my tired Parkinson's diseased veteran husbamd of 52 years I chose not to reschedule but to find a dentist nearer our home with a more compassionate view of disabled veterans. I iwould NOT.under.any.circumstances.
recommend Viera.Modern.Dentistey with their wonderful technology and staff. To ANYONE with dental needs.No patient respect was given us. We are both curremtly patients of another more.humane dental.facility

I went to Viera Modern Dentistry for a 2nd opinion and they did a thorough and excellent job! The office and dental staff - Lisa and Stephanie - Becka and Martha, as well as, Dr. Witelus were friendly, listened to my concerns and recommended the best treatment plan while keeping my financial budget in mind.
