Poorly run office. They have cancelled 4 of my appointments (with less than 24 hour notice) that were confirmed by them 48 hours in advanced. They blame Covid, they blame their call center but they keep doing it to me over and over again. It seems to me that if they were having employee trouble or scheduling issues they would know that in advance. Why would you confirm an appointment and then turn around and cancel it the next day? 4 TIMES IN A ROW!! No one takes responsibility and they don't care that their customers have to take time off from work come there. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!! Find a good locally owned and operated dental office that will treat you with the care and respect that you deserve.

Overall the experience with the support staff here as seemed very unprofessional. My sister did not have a good visit here and was upset outside in the parking lot. I noticed the front desk girls pointing and smiling from inside the lobby like my family's personal issues were a joke to them. I also didn't enjoy my cleaning as the hygienist I had was rough and inexperienced, and seemed to be flirtatious with the dentist.
