First, I was told I needed deep cleaning and my insurance didn’t cover that. They gave me a quote of over $500. Went for a second opinion and realized I didn’t need any deep cleaning. Also, the dentist was rude. I really think this is a money making venture that care little about the patients.

Definitely a pattern of telling people they need to spend an extra $700 for cleaning. 5 out of 6 members of my family needed the special treatments, first time in our lives and two of those had had the standard treatment from them 6 months ago. Sad.

Rhea, the office manager, really knows her chit. Fantastic knowledge about insurance and billing matters.
Dr. Deva is the finest dentist I've ever known. Exceptionally talented! Super knowledgeable.
Tera is the best dental technician I've ever seen. I believe she communicates telepathically with Dr Deva because when they tag-team on work... it goes quickly and effectively with a minimum amount of pain.
Dr. Besada is a fine doctor as well. Thanks to her for all her help!
All of the extended staff including Dr. Darweesh and Dr. K are just really, really competent, experienced and good. They reallllllly know whad they are doing. They have been helping both Bobbie and me overcome and correct mistakes from our prior dentist. A great big Thank You!

I had a crown put in place and deep cleaning conducted on the day that I visited Viera Modern Dentistry. Martha, the dental hygienist took the time to clean my teeth thoroughly and it was one of the best deep cleanings that I have ever had. It was also painless due to her administering novacaine. Dr. Lemus is also a very good dentist and she ensures that there is no pain involved. The day that I arrived the crown had not come in yet, so instead, she made a more expensive crown in office and didn't charge me any extra! And I didn't have to come in for a second visit. I was very happy when I left the office and felt like the staff had done an excellent job.

The oral surgeon only visits this office once a month and is not available in case of an emergency or if there are complications from his work. Dr. Elmore extracted three wisdom teeth on May 16, 2022. I had to wait an extra month since he couldn't make it in April. The office did not provide me with pre-nor post op instructions. I elected to be put to sleep and did not get to read the post op instructions. When I woke up my mouth was Filled with gauze. They were dry. When I removed the gauze my formed extraction site blood cover came out also! I was not instructed to wet the gauze before taking it out. So, I faced having dry socket. I had a LOT of pain afterwards and when I looked on the one page, post-op instructions it wasn't filled out with any contact information for Dr. Elmore!
I was in aLot of pain and was concerned that I had an infection. There is no way to contact this oral surgeon!
He obviously did not make sure that the extraction site did not have broken pieces of bone because I now have a painful fragment of bone coming out of the interior side of my bottom gum! It is cutting my tongue, Very swollen, very painful and I'm having a lot of difficulty in eating!
I've called at different times over three days and asked to speak with the Manager. The dental manager won't answer the phone nor call me back!
I forgave the dental assistant in permanently breaking down the side of my mouth by holding it pulled outward past the stretching limit while the dentist replaced my crown. This fragment of bone that is now infected and very painful is negligent! Find a local dentist that refers to local specialist!
