UPDATE: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE
I am not sure what has changed rather management or staff; however, service has declined tremendously. I have went from great experiences to dreading every time I call. It’s impossible to speak with someone in the office, don’t receive callbacks and when I had to call due to what was an emergency to me… Temporary crown fell out, I had the worst customer care ever. I was told by front desk that all doctors left for the day and this was at 12:30pm. I was told no one was able to speak with me not even the dental assistant to give me instructions or make me feel better by backing up what the front desk had told me… now mind you, front desk stated, they couldn’t help me and didn’t know if there was an option for emergency calls when doctors are out but to go to Walgreens get glue and put it back on myself!!! Never had this happen so I felt in a panic because if an assistant couldn’t help me without a dentist in the building why would I feel ok going to Walgreens to get glue and do it myself??? I just needed comfort and assurance. I ended up driving to Orlando when I was helped. I have been calling for billing left messages and no call back. Customer care has definitely declined and I will not refer another person here as I have had several people go from what no longer exist… great customer care . I will be changing to another facility.
My entire life I have been terrified of dental appointments. Both dentist and the specialist have changed my experience with dental work. I have been coming to Viera Modern Dentistry for two years now and they have done everything from fillings, crowns, implant and root canals… by the way I returned to work same afternoon!! I recommend them to all friends and co workers. They take military insurance and dual insurance!! Win win

I recommend this dentist to anyone! The front staff is amazing, the techs are amazing, and Truc Nguyen is the nicest, most professional dentist I have ever met. I had the pleasure of having tanya as a helping hand, and let me tell you, she is absolutely amazing and will make sure your taken care of! They will work with you on pay and they go above and beyond!!

First time, I haven't been back to the dentist in about 4 or so years. I had a cancelation by the dentist but they were quick to find me another opening at the same time needed. Great experience, staff was friendly. Martha the hygienist was caring and detailed, I felt very taken care of at the office. I don't remember the kind lady name, who took my x-rays, she was patience with me when I told her I was uncomfortable, she walked me through it and made conversation with me. I have principal insurance and they showed me detail report what I will "owe", cleaning and x-ray came out to be free due to my insurance. Was quoted my 2 fill ins will be 91$ in my next appointment, will update this review if any difference. This place was recommended by my co-workers.

Mohammad is the best I have ever experienced…his professional attitude and communication thru the entire deep cleaning…I was thinking of changing dentist, but he saved me as a patient. Dr Diva is also amazing! Thanks folks from a self described chicken when it comes to dentist!
