First the positive my hygienist Catarine is great very detailed! BUT the harassment of confirming an appointment RIDICULOUS. They call several times to confirm when a normal office would call or text if you're unable to make the appointment either charge for it or ask you to call to cancel. This office automatically cancels your appointment even if you are on time and paid in advance for that appointment. Then make you wait 45 minutes for that appointment. My insurance allows for 2 free cleaning I have yet to get those free cleaning. My original dentist retired that is why I came here they nickle and dime everything. Oh yeah did I forget the $30 per visit COVID charge even when it a routine BS!

I wish I can put -0 stars the WORST STAFF EVER they are Extreme Rude! Beyond obnoxious! hang up on you they do not call you back they treat you horribly on the phone and in person Especially if you are elderly. They get annoyed at you if you call more than once in A-day you cannot ask any questions most of them do not speak English. The worst Is dental office in Orlando!!!!!!! The Front desk people should ALL BE FIRED!! The Denture quality is horrible teeth fall out breaks easily not worth a penny And completely overpriced they love to hit your insurance multiple times for things that you did not have done !!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

I am very satisfied with all the work that they are accomplished all the time I have to go. Dr. Olmos is the BEST dentist I have ever been to, and I have been to MANY Dentists.he has a gentle touch and is very personable. Went here for me and my son, got referred by Lina Castrillon. All the staff were super sweet and great. Patricia and Dr. Olmos were the ones that attended the both of us and they did great. They were both very patient and understanding with my son. It was a great first time experience for my 3 year old. I would definitely be going back for our routine cleaning.
