I appreciate their honesty for the treatments, Ive gone to doctors that lied for money not worrying about giving a little child a treatment that was not necessary, in the other hand the wait time is terrible, they just leave you in a room forever. Stuff not to friendly but polite, doctors very good.

First visit waited 45 min, Dr Olmos was great and honest.
Second visit waited for 1h 10min I decide to leave, the girls at the front desk toll me that I will be charge the cancellation fee If I leave.
After tell her that it was not fear they agree not charge me.
What a bad experience in my second and last visit.

He made me feel at ease, from the moment he entered the room and extended his hand for a handshake. He then told me a little bit about his background and experience etc. We then reviewed my X-rays and he wanted my input on how I wanted to proceed. He then gave me his input and together we formulated a game plan. I came back a few weeks later and had those teeth pulled. I still have other work to be done, to prevent my teeth from getting to the point of no return again.
And the teeth pulling part was painless, just like he said. I am truely one happy customer. Bertram....

HORRIBLE experience. On THIS particular visit I waited for almost an hour before I inquired about the delay. Which is ALMOST normal since this dentist likes to OVER BOOK himself like nothing I'v ever seen. When I approached the desk to ask if there was a problem the ladies confirmed a delay in "service". I was curious why NO ONE informed the patients waiting in the waiting room of such a delay. One woman behind the desk acted as if she could NOT CARE ANY LESS about what was happening. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service. Last time I checked, "Dr's" where NOT supposed to make their patients feel like a NUMBER or $$. I will GLADLY take my $$ elsewhere to a place I feel welcomed. Maybe work on your communication skills and keeping your patient updated on what your plan of care is. I gladly would have rescheduled my appointment to a more "convenient for the Dr." time or come back later since I live so close.

I called and told the receptionist that I was in pain, and needed a tooth extracted. They made a same day appointment, but failed to tell me they didn't do extractions! At the end of my appointment they sent a referral for surgery to my insurance company, and said it would take a week or two to process. This was careless and could have been avoided. When I called and stated that I was in pain they should have told me they didn't do extractions, so I could have found another dentist!

This place is a joke. They charge now everyone that goes $10 for ppe equipment due to virus like they didn’t sanitize before pandemic. It’s not even the one time used one. Just to sanitize them. Just a way to get money. And now they said they charge $5 extra to process your insurance. NEver heard of place that has a fee to process insurance. So expect to pay $15 extra to your copay and treatment. Just find another place. #Money thirsty

excellent service and human quality !!! comes with severe pain; all the staff was friendly and nice with me. DR Olmos evaluate me and explained to me that my wisdom tooth was causing problems . my wisdom tooth extraction was a success, not hurt me at all. DR Olmos and the girl who attended me I think her name was Daisy They were very considerate and kind to me. thanks OBT Dental, you are the best !!!!

Unfortunate this doctor does not work with children with cleft lip and palate. Office staff pleasant, assistant great with kids, and orthodontist great at explaining treatment with both parent and child. Highly recommend.

Terrible experience!
I bought the Groupon a tooth cleaning + x-ray for $35 (supposed to be all included).
I had to wait more than 40 minutes, badly educated attendants, waste 2 hours and just did the x-ray.
The tooth cleaning would have to set another day and would charge plus $25. This is misleading advertisement, it’s should be free using the Groupon voucher.

I called 3 days ago to schedule an appt, I left a message and I have yet to receive a call back. I guess this is enough for me not to waste my time. A Good Dentist is only as good as his staff. First impression means everything and this is my first impression.
