OBT DENTAL AND ORTHODONTICS

I actually like the customer service at this office. They were very welcoming. Only reason I’m giving a 3 star is because I’ve been call for two weeks left emails and everything to schedule an appointment for my cleaning and kept getting answer machine. So today I decided to try calling private and finally someone answered which I was happy but also confused because now I felt like I was getting ignored on purpose. Speaking with the lady she was very nice but I was on hold almost 10mins than I finally was able to make an appointment for the next day .

The staff is very friendly. However I didn't get the teeth cleaning. I purchased a Groupon voucher and when I got there they recommended another type of cleaning that cost over $200 and didn't get the basic cleaning I was suppose to when I purchased the dental package deal. Very disappointed of that since they should specify what they do so people are prepare to spend more money.

Dr. Anjum takes care of her patients. She is very careful and cautious with teeth. Besides being a profesional dentist, she cares about her patients and in my opinion that’s a crucial characteristic every dr should have.

Beware of this facility. Rating this place with 1 star is pushing it and it’s not even worthy of 1 star. First, I had waited 2 months to be seen for initial appointment and basic cleaning. As I arrive the waiting area is old, dusty and worn down. Almost 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, I was taken back to do the pictures and xrays and then back to another area to wait to be seen by the dentist. It was an open room
And I could hear and see the patient right next to me. No privacy. The dentist briefly introduced herself and assessed my teeth. She then told me I needed to have a crown and the same lady who performed my xrays would contact my insurance to get an estimate. 10 minutes later the X-ray tech comes back and gives me the cost break down and then tells me that the hygienists are too busy to clean my teeth. I explained to her that I had waited two months for this appointment and drove 1.5 hours just to be seen. She then went talked to the dentist and agreed that the dentist would do my teeth cleaning. The dentist comes back after waiting another 30 minutes, she spends 4 minutes using the waterpik. Water was everywhere, running down my neck, all over my face and in my hair. After that water facial she leaves and says that the same women who did my X-ray will finish the cleaning. I don’t even think this lady was licensed to do so. She took the polish, rubbed it over a few teeth spraying the polish all over my face and then said she was done. Never flossed, never checked the gum line and never used other instruments to clean the teeth. There are terrible reviews on this place for a reason. Do not go here. You will be disappointed and I get the feeling they are just trying to get money from insurance companies. Stay far far far away from here.

I came to the place for a cleaning. They start doing me The x rays and after that they told me that they can't do any service because I'm coming with my baby. So I reschedule. I came back to my cleaning and after a while they told me that the doctor is fully booked so they need to reschedule. And they told me that when I come I need to pay $200 usd after what I paid before. That talk to me very disrispectfull Nd they are full of lies.

Made appointment for cleaning, after charging $81 for x-rays they told me they need to re-schedule my cleaning and I need to pay $31 for one side of my mouth then come to another appointment for the other 1/2 and pay another $31. Never had a cleaning done in 2 parts. They over charge patients on every visit.

When I went there the receptions kept staring at me and it was my son's appt it seemed like she had an issue with me. I went in for an exam, xray and cleaning. And they said that my son needed a different kind of cleaning more than what the package I had purchased and it will cost me up to 661 dollers. It took them a while to give an estimate and the appointment turned into 3 hours. I would not recommend them to family or friends.

Extremely long wait even though there were no patients. Very unorganized and rude staff. I will never be back here. The doctor has no idea what she is doing, she told my sister that she needs to have four molars removed while she was born with only three! Clearly lying to patients and she doesn’t even greet them. The receptionist knew more than the doctor herself. I’m extremely disappointed with the service and staff, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I recommend them 100 percent. They are the sweetest people. They treat you with so much respect. Have been with them for two years and it was amazing. Dr. Carr was the best. Thank you guys for everything.
