IS WRONG WAY
Tell me how they scheduled My Day to take off My braces, "that day" made me Pay as usual and never explained the next time was going to be the last day in life they were going to see me ( I though after they take off your braces they would keep seeing me for cleaning glue etc purposes) so I went to my appointment since my WEDDING BY CHURCH date was the following week. I had a balance due of $300.00 and because I only had my usual appointment payment of $100.00 they literally just refused to take care of me destroying my WEDDING PLANS and experience which from day one was the WORSE! God Knows I am not lying or exaggerating this. THANK YOU OBT DENTAL FOR DESTROYING MY WEDDING I will pay your $300.00 you will never be able to make it up to me! People with no professionalism, people who ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY... The treatment. Every single Orthodontist said they would do in 9 months OBT dental had to get it done in 2 Years to be able to take as much money as they could from me. OBT DENTAL WHERE YOUR MONEY COMES FIRST THAN ANYTHING!! (If you want to take a look at the disgusting pictures of my mouth Cuts wholes and bleeds from their Treatment just ask me I will be more than happy to send them to you so you can see what I went thru with this People. Thank You for making my Life Miserable I will def pay your money and find someone else you care.

I want to highlight the friendly and efficient services of the front desk staff and especially the service of the dental assistant Miss: GLISET C. Gliseth has great professionalism, dedication and warmth in dealing with the patient ... this dedication makes a huge difference in this time when patients HAVE LOST CONFIDENCE in the healthcare system due to the mistreatment that has occurred worldwide as a consequence of the WRONG protocols of the world health organization and that the doctors, even knowing from experience that they were incorrect, carried out the same causing the suffering and death of hundreds of patients. I suggest that dentists put aside their cold and indifferent attention and follow the example of their staff. :: It is unfortunate that even today many medical professionals and dentists continue with their pedantic attention and superior attitude ... they must understand that the damage in the confidence of the patients it is enormous and requires dedication and care in personal treatment to recover "something" of the lost confidence. Went in for a dental cleaning. Instead they spent an hour convincing me why I need to spend 3,000 on services including a $128.00 oral b tooth brush and other unnecessary things and tried to schedule me for another day. I had to complain and I hate doing that so the dentist did my cleaning and she complained before doing it and she was aggressive and it hurt badly. I paid for a teeth cleaning for my boyfriend which he couldn't do that day and we asked for a refund which they refused to give.

This office is a joke. The office assistant manager Esther is a crook and a big time LIAR!! She contradicts herself- charging my insurance after I told them NOT to until further notice, changed my contract on me, charged me a higher amount based on the insurance premium but when I requested my EOB from the insurance company they were charging the insurance less. I asked to speak to her supervisor she told me I would be called by Olga who isn't even on the website as a manager, which makes me assume that she is just having another staff member call me. I am done with these people and I want to speak to the REGIONAL MANAGER ASAP.
