Great customer experience. No pain, explained everything thoroughly. Walked in without appointment , taken to the back after a short wait. Concluded by having a molar extracted. Still no pain as of the next day.

Terrible customer service, I called and told them I am a new customer, the Hispanic woman told me a patient was calling then put me on hold for 20 minutes before I was disconnected. I called again and I was immediately put on hold without any words.
This office clearly doesn't want new patients.
