Dental Associates of Florida - Winter Haven

I just wanted to send this to express our most sincere gratitude and appreciation for the customer service received during today's visit at Winter Haven's DA Office. You guys went above and beyond and took great care of my mom who hadn't been to the dentist in years. Both the receptionist Ambar and DA Angelitza (Angie) were great in getting us scheduled and gave the extra mile when taking care of us and the friendliness was off the charts which truly deserves this review.

I am thankful to see my mom being taken care of and being in good hands and I just wanted to again, express our gratitude. Customer service is about understanding the need of our customers to then fulfill it, and that's exactly what you all did. I can't finish this review without thanking the manager at this location for also providing additional support and coaching through the process which truly shows the exemplary leadership that resides at this office.

We are truly thankful and I please ask this message be forwarded to the higher leadership level so their work can be rewarded and hopefully the smile of us as customers can produce an even bigger smile to every staff at this office. May God bless you all!

I hate going to Dentist but I have cancer and Lupus and my doctor's said I must! The expenses and pain 🤮 but I have to admit it was such a good experience. Everyone was so great. Loved the dentist and they all were wonderful. Loved Angie!!!! Want to say thank you so much cost was so reasonable too. Would definitely recommend. Only place I will ever go!!!!! I have been going to this dental office in Winter Haven for the past couple of years and have had such positive experiences. I have always dreaded going to the dentist from past experiences but this office and staff has been so thorough, so intentional, and enjoyable. My husband and eldest daughter have also had a great experience at the Winter Haven office. I am grateful that we have finally found a dentist that we love!

Friendly, kind, upon entering, with extremely warm persons in charge of this dental facility. One immediately feels the warmth and professionalism of each and every person with whom one meets. Let’s face it….the word «Dentist » can conjure up all kinds of memories from the past. Not so at Dental Associates of Florida! My experience the entire visit was far different from days of old and, needless to say have placed myself in their most capable, caring hands!

My husband and I both use the office in Winter Haven. Our appointments are on different days. When getting the bill both of us having the same thing done are being charged differently. I have called the office and ask to speak with billing and was told they would call me back. Several days later still have not received a call back. Called the office twice now and still have not talked to anyone. Been sitting on hold. Did not want to give one star but had to in order to post. Do not recommend!!

I made a new patient appointment for this coming Friday February 3rd on NOVEMBER 15th. Confirmed through text last week. I got a call yesterday saying I needed to reschedule because the dentist will be out this coming Friday - very disappointed because I made the appointment so long ago but being in the customer service industry I understand things happen and schedules need to be rearranged. But when I tried to book another appointment for a Friday, the lady on the phone (who was very sweet) told me they no longer accept new patients on Friday appointments. I asked if they could make an exception since it's my only day off during the week (and since I initially made the appointment in NOVEMBER) and she said they would not- even though they were fixing THEIR scheduling error. Very very bad business in my opinion and quite disappointed - will give my $$$ to a different dental office.

Very nice staff. I so dislike poking my gums to get their numbers, my tech went above and beyond with a numbing agent and it was fine. A little spendy on the treatments but I suppose my aging teeth and gums will appreciate it in later years.

I was told 5 months ago my insurance was accepted by the numbers on my insurance card so I was scheduled a appointment then kept getting cancelled because there so called dentist was out two different times .so now I have been scheduled 3 appointments and 2 got cancelled finally 3rd. Appointment is here now all the sudden they don't take my insurance.so a total of 5 months and didn't even see this dentist.you can't do people this way especially disabled people the teeth is just important as other serious health problems.i geuss professionalism can be found in a empty can.so called professionals .more like a bunch of begginers.(Shame on you dental associates of Florida) for doing people this way.

They run late on appt normally, if 9am appt lucky to be called back by 9:15, the last straw was today though came in for cleaning, "oh we prescribed you the deep cleaning" which cost $ after insurance, told them I didn't want. She said I can't give you cleaning because this deeper one was prescribed. So said TY but no and walked out.

Funny they think they are performing life saving surgery I guess. So they lost the family account on that shady move, other dentist in area.

I felt very comfortable with my hygienist. She did a great job and explained everything that she was doing. It was a good experience.
