Dental Associates of Florida - Winter Haven

This was absolutely the best experience at the dentist I have ever had. Everyone was so nice with an easy going atmosphere. They made me feel very comfortable. The dentist was very personable and knowledgeable. I had no pain at all. Not even the needle stick. My front tooth looks amazing. I am so very happy with the outcome. This will be where I go from now on. Thank you so much.

Everyone is super nice and my dentist explained the whole process to me and answered all my questions. Very happy!
Update: 2nd visit- just as great as the first. This time the impressions were taken for my new dentures. It took a lot longer than normal because they had to custom make them. They were so patient and sweet, apologizing for it taking longer. I would recommend them to everyone, cause it's not easy to find a good dental team, but they definitely are! 😁
Update: 3rd visit - continue to be amazed by the courtesy and professionalism of my dentist and his assistant. Again, they were just as amazing, taking the time they needed to make sure my dentures will fit perfectly. My next visit might be my last, which I'm pretty confident it will be because of the care and time they took to make sure they'll fit me just right.

The first time I went to this office, I saw Doctor Dire and he left such a sour taste in my mouth. I left s very negative review based on that visit. Well, I recently had another visit with the wonderful Dr. Gable and my impression of this office has dramatically changed. Dr. Gable and his Dental Assistant were so kind towards me. Dr. Gable took out the time to really see what was going wrong with my painful tooth. I can’t say the same for Dr. Dire. A new treatment plan has been established with Dr. Gable and I look forward to going to back to the office and getting my issues taken care of. I highly recommend you to ask for Dr. Gable as your doctor, as he is highly educated, professional , personable with an excellent bedside matter, towards patients. His dental assistant is such a sweetheart as well. I feel valued and trusted with those two. Great experience! 🙏 Thank you

Great staff they listen to your concerns and they make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. No wait time to get seen by the dentist. Office looks clean and I feel very safe going there in regards to covid-19 and the safety measures. Thank you all!

They are conveniently located in the Publix plaza off of Cypress Gardens Blvd. The waiting room is very spacious and clean. We took our daughters there for the first time and we were very pleased. They saw Dr. Jason Ledger who made them feel very comfortable. He was very friendly, funny, polite and had excellent bedside manners. The office staff was also very friendly and accommodating. It is very hard to find a good dentist in my area so we drove 45 minutes to this office. I have no problem making the drive because I feel that my kids will receive quality dental care.

From my first visit I was impressed. I know that people have their own Medical physician that gets to know them kind of like on a personal level. My experience with Dental Association of Winter Haven and my dentist made me feel like I had embraced another personal medical Center and made me quite comfortable. havent been to the Dentist in a very long time and was a bit nervous. Adrian took care of me and made it an easy informative and comfortable experience. Everything inwas told was elaborated fully, the discrepancies were briken down and explained to me as to what they were, how it happened and the solutions. Came back to the Dental Hygienist Denise who is amazing, friendly and communicated extremely well and even answered the dozens of questions that continues to ask without complaint. Also the receptionist/secretary Stephanie was extremely friendly and welcoming. Overall Great office with great people that makes me happy to come back to the dentist👍🏽

Got my first visit with Dental Associates of Florida - Winter Haven to have a crown worked. The personal at the receptions are very kind and knowledgeable. Days before my appointment I received a reminder on my phone number and email of My coming visit which I appreciate very much. This is the first time I go to a dentist after a bad past experience3 years ago and although; I was very anxious and nervous because of past horrible experiences, I got to a point during the procedure to be relax and felt no more nervous because of the communication and professionalism of my doctor and the assistant. It took about 2 hours and half between letting me rest my jaws and lot of communication as the process was taking place letting me know what was being done.

I left the clinic very comftable and ready to come for my next job next month. It’s been a day after my procedure and I am painless free and this is a lot to say knowing all the job it was done to help and old crack I had on one of my tooth. Thank you very very much. Very grateful for the no pain experience.

II had very negative experience with this office. Due to the change in my insurance I had to find a different dentist. After some research I scheduled an appointment with a hygienist in this practice. Upon arrival I was told that I would not be able to have my teeth cleaned instead I would have to schedule another appointment. When I asked why, the answer was "that is how we do things here". Once I was able to see the dentist I explained again that the purpose of my visit was not to get established with the practice but rather have my teeth cleaned. After x-ray and oral exam I was promptly told that I am going to need deep cleaning which, by the way, is not completely covered by my insurance and additional fee will be assessed. I was quite surprised since I saw hygienist around seven months ago so was pretty current on my cleaning. When I asked if I could have regular cleaning instead the answer was no, they don't discuss the treatment options and until I come up with necessary amount to cover the expanses they would not service me. I realize that the rates for insurance reimbursement are quite low and some practices will try to add extra services to compensate for the low reimbursement rates. However, it makes me feel extremely uncomfortable with the practice where I have no choice to select my treatment. I would not recommend this practice until the policies and customer services are improved. So sad that once a decent practice turned into money extortion institution.

I love this office. The time and caringness they have for you surpasses any dental office I have, ever been to. They are so knowledgeable. My dental assistant Kristen was so gentle and knowledgeable, I really appreciate that. Whitney checked me out and was just as helpful. They are a very caring facility and I would recommend them to all mt friends and family
