I am the type of person who would sooner take a nice soak in a pool of lava rather than go to a dentist. My over all experiences have been less than stellar, but alas Mother nature made it clear to me that I needed to go.
After doing quite a bit of research I opted to try Park Smiles Dentistry.
If you are anything like me, I can make your decision quite a bit easier.
They do not criticize or lecture.
They are all exceptionally nice, understanding and helpful at every stage from booking to procedure to follow up. (I had thought customer service was a lost art but apparently they rounded up the people who still remember what that concept meant and gave them employment here.)
Everyone there was supportive even though I consider myself to be exactly the kind of patient that I would not want to have to deal with. (Fearful, wuss-like, bartering at every stage to avoid having anything done). Those folks deserve a medal for dealing with me.
They really DO try and make it as pain-free as possible. Trust me, I have heard that before and been disappointed but not here… they actually do what they say and they managed to keep the pain to a minimum.
Which brings me to another huge plus… they actually do what they say. The work I needed done was the work they did. I can’t say I like dentistry, but I can say I trust these dentists and staff. They explained what needed to be done, they listened to my concerns and what I was willing to do and they worked with me so that when I left I was in a ton better shape than when I walked in… and because of all the aforementioned reason I agreed to have additional work done that I would have put off in any other situation.
I, and I can’t believe I am saying this, will likely go back for another cleaning this year. Having my teeth cleaned and having my teeth drilled are on the same level for me, but the hygienist that worked my teeth was such a step above what I have experience anywhere else that I would give her another chance, if for no other reason that to see if it was a fluke the first time. (I doubt it was, as I say, they really do have an amazing people).
Sorry folks, having re-read my post I know I sound like a bit of a fan boy, and I can say that if never visit another dentist office again I would be a much happier person, but I can also say in no uncertain terms, that if I have to go to the dentist again it will be Park Smiles because I believe anywhere else would be a step down.
Special thanks to Dr. Holz, Leah and everyone else I dealt with even though I am terrible with names, you all made a normally horrible experience a tolerable one.

I had a great experience with Park Smiles Dentistry even prior to my first dental appointment. The administrative staff were proactive and all the bases were covered such as keeping me informed of insurance benefits and other items needed prior to my first appointment.
My dental cleaning experience was excellent. Jenn, my dental hygienist was personable, professional and provided excellent care.
Doctor Byrnes was also great and provided excellent care in addition to providing a welcoming environment.
Overall, my experience was great at each stage gate of my appointment.

I was absolutely dreading going to the dentist after not having my regular cleanings and check-ups for over two years due to the pandemic and other factors. First, scheduling was a breeze with Park Smiles. They communicated very clearly and I was able to schedule everything via text message. They got my insurance information and checked everything out and made me aware of my benefits and the cost. Initially, I just scheduled x-rays and first time visit because I couldn’t get a cleaning on the same day. No worries there as they messaged me a few days before and were able to fit things to get me in for a cleaning as well.
The office is beautiful and clean. Chelsea was my hygienist and gave me a tour of the office and the background of the practice upon meeting. Chelsea did all of my X-rays and cleaning. She made me feel beyond comfortable and was the most informative (and nicest) hygienist I have ever met. I met Dr.Byrnes and he made his recommendation for my work needed and also answered other questions I had. Dr.Byrnes was very nice and you can tell he takes much pride in his practice and work.
I’ve been to countless dentist offices over the last twenty years. Never having horrible experiences, but just never finding that right one. This office is the one! They are extremely clear and upfront in what is going on and pricing. They do not shame you for needing work. They are not trying to push unnecessary procedures and most of all they are knowledgeable and communicate with their patient. It’s a calming office with great energy from everyone you meet. This office should be the standard for patients going to a dental office. Thank you Park Smiles & Chelsea for an amazing experience. Your office is refreshing and I will recommend you to every one I know!

It feels silly to compare this dental practice to any other dentist… they’re simply in a category above and beyond any dentist I’ve been to. Every interaction from the first phone call, to the COVID safe intake, initial evaluation, cleaning, consultation and treatment (7 different people in total) was friendly, professional, efficient, and unbelievably pleasant. I never felt rushed and I always felt the staff respected my time. The facility and the equipment was state-of-the-art and the care and attention to my health was the best I’ve ever experienced in any setting. Sarah, Casey, Cassie, Dr. Jaffee, and the rest of the staff at Park Smiles set the standard for ANY customer experience.

Such a wonderful office and an amazing staff. Professional, lively, and great at what they do. Whole family of four (youngest just turned 4 yo) came in for a cleaning and we were all out within an hour. 5/5 hands down.

Today was my first visit to Park Smiles Dentistry. This office is amazing. They have massage chairs headsets and tvs on the ceiling. It is also a VERY clean office. My dental hygienist was Jenn and she will be my regular hygienist from now on. Jenn was very welcoming and gave me a tour of the office. She is also a good listener. I'm the opposite of most people as I actually LOVE getting my teeth cleaned so she did what I asked and was extremely through while also being quick, which I like. I can feel when hygienists miss a spot and she didn't miss anything. So happy!! What a great experience! If you're nervous at all about going to the dentist, I would recommend this office as it is extremely clean, the staff are all masked, and they provide you with ways to relax while having procedures. Not a lot of places will check all those boxes, but this place does. 10/10 would recommend!

The facility is clean, the staff is kind, personable, and professional, and I honestly didn't get the sense that they were trying to steal money from us like other places. Another facility told my husband he couldn't get ANY cleaning unless it was a deep cleaning, but here they cleaned his teeth at the regular visit and said there wasn't any need for an expensive deep cleaning. It was nice having the truth told, and getting excellent service. I was also struggling with gingivitis, and the dental hygienist took time to teach me how to prevent it at home! My gums have felt amazing since! 👏 I honestly love this place. Will be back for a 6month follow up.
