Talked to 3 different people regarding a bill. They all said they would contact my insurance and follow up. None of them ever followed up after saying they would. Ended up getting a collections notice in the mail. Terrible administration.
Update: My insurance asked them to submit a doctor appeal for my claim so they could get more info on why they insisted on doing my procedure and Coast Dental declined to do it. I can see that they don’t care at all about the patient and just the money.

This is the most unprofessional, and ghetto-like dental office I've ever seen. On the two occassions my sister went there, she was treated in a very disrespectful manner, by the receptionist that messed up the scheduling for her 2nd appointment, and the office manger who invaded her personal space in a threatening manner. The dentist was okay, but appeared afraid of his own staff. He never reprimanded either employee for their mistakes and combative behavior toward my sister,
who is a PAYING & insured patient!
The dentist can be scary enough without dealing with a unprofessional ghetto staff. A call to the corporate office to report this situation was never acknowledged or returned.

Worst experience I ever had with a dental service. I'm glad I'm done with them and not ever going back! The staff are rude and smart ass to you. I had a horrible customer experience every time I go there. They overcharge me and hid some "services" from my insurance. I caught it and tried to get it refunded. They gave me credit and made me get more dental services. I ended up having a claim over $5,000 when my teeth didn't hurt going in. I tried calling corporate several times to complain but it goes straight to the voicemail and no one ever calls back. STAY AWAY FROM COAST DENTAL!

I love this office. The staff is very kind and friendly especially Ms. Felicia. Dr. Thomas is very patient and speaks with you frequently to make sure there's no discomfort or pain. Honestly, this is one of the best offices I've been to!

NEVER COME HERE
First they tried to seal me by asking me to pay a portion of the money for the x ray and filling as well as the cleaning.
I refused to pay for them and I was about to go out without paying for the X ray (which was already done) .
They followed me and told me sorry your insurance cover everything.
That day I spent 2 hours for just an x ray because there was no time as they are really slow.
I scheduled an appointment the next day and I waited 2 hours because the doctor was serving me and other patient as the same time.
I complained to the person who schedules the appointments and she said if you want I will re-schedule your appointment another day!
