Front desk ladies were super sweet. X-tech was also kind. My issue was after seeing the dentist she stated I needed gum irrigation. They had me wait for a rep from billing and she stated that this service was out of pocket $150 and she stated it was very important. I asked if itโs that important why will my insurance not cover it? She seemed very confused so I called my insurance. My insurance company had so many questions and Angie the billing rep refused to talk to insurance stating she was with another customer. I had to speak with office manager to have her speak with my insurance company through my phone on speaker. They are using incorrect codes that are not covered by American Dental Association and my insurance explained to them I am covered they have to use the correct code they refused and unfortunately I was not able to receive the proper service. Looking for another dental office as we speak. If I knew how poorly HMO insurance customers get treated I would have changed to PPO when open enrollment was offered. I feel so helpless and defeated. Such a sad situation! To make matters worst I had to wait for an hour for my cleaning and I felt they rushed it. They polished my teeth before the cleaning and never used any equipment besides water to do my cleaning. I honestly donโt trust I had a through cleaning. I was never flossed which has never happened in all the years Iโve had a cleaning. My insurance company was in shocked when she heard Angie state we will not bill that code because we will not gain any money from that service. They filled a major complaint. I pray this scam of thereโs stop. Provide care that is needed and use appropriate codes so patients are not spending their money on services that they are covered for.

Today I had the best experience! I havenโt been to the dentist in quite some time so I was very nervous, but thanks to the wonderful receptionist Tiffany and the Dr of course made my visit today go smoothly! Tiffany was very helpful with any insurance questions I had and was very patient and understanding. Definitely 10/10.
I will absolutely be coming back.

Canโt imagine a worse dental office. Was in pain for two months after a simple filling, waited two hours before the dentist saw me nearly every time I had an appointment, and Iโve been trying for two months to get my dental records and X-rays so I can transfer to a new dentist. They made me pay $25 for the report, refused to send digitally, claiming itโs against their policy, even tho itโs common practice, and they now claim it has been misplaced. Iโve tried calling for two weeks straight, only to get a desk clerk claiming a manager will follow up with me, which has yet to happen. This is the only reason why Iโve decided itโs worth sharing how awful this place is. Go anywhere else.

Tiffany and all the staff are great. Really nice and answered all my questions and concerns.
The only comment I have is the waiting time for the appointment is long. I came in at 9am sharp and we started my treatment closer to 9:40.

I had a great experience returning to the facility, I came to ask for information as I was unhappy with previous work done elsewhere and Betty was so amazing and positive from the start, she walked me through everything and answered all of my questions and was able to schedule me for the very next day. Xiomara was super nice when I checked in and was able to sort out my insurance information by the time I was in to see Dr Shafa. He was very professional and thorough and assistant Gina was able to translate which was great. Erika was able to explain all of the treatment I need and we were able to start same day.

My appointment took 2.5 hours from start to finish and it was just a normal dental cleaning. The staff is nice they were just overwhelmed and busy when I went. Seems like they overbook their schedule. They also werenโt able to get approval from the insurance for anything but a normal cleaning. Probably more to do with the insurance but anyways the doctor wasnt willing to work with me on the pricing out of pocket. The only reason Iโll be going back is because the staff was nice.

Administrative staff friendly and professional. My appointment was at 12:30 i wasn't called back to see the doctor till 2:25. If I show up 2 hours late will your office still see me or force me to reschedule?

Manager Andrea is very rude. She doesnโt check the patients info and give false information. She wants me to get another xray even if it was done 4mos ago. She said I have to see another Dr coz the prev dr wasnโt in network infact the office said I can only see that dentist they just want to charge the insurance for another xray fees. The prev dentist said I can get cleaning every 3mos coz of my perio disease I had deep cleaning and Arestin they made me do Arestin and wont perform cleaning without it. Now 4months later, they wont do regular cleaning and wants me to buy upsell services. Irrigation is optional and they wont do it without me paying for another $300+ STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! GO TO ANOTHER DENTAL OFFICE THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF

Do not bring your kids here, they will try to find a way to get CPS on you. They only want money & donโt care for you at all. Read the reviews beforehand, I should have. They pulled my 1yr old 4 front teeth out, & I felt they couldโve saved it. So Iโm thinking something ainโt right, Took my kids to another dentist office and they told me that my kids did not need those extra treatments as west coast dental said they needed. If I wouldโve brought them to the new location first, they couldโve saved them. Please I highly advise you too read, read read the comments before coming here, they do unnecessary extracts & treatments here. Money hungry, only.
