Clean environment..
Went in to have Work done, when doing so the dentist and hygienist were laughing incredibly loud in my face while working. I had lost a filling and i had to point it out to her, no exam or look around my mouth was done before my fillings from my last X-ray (i had called and specifically told them a filling had fallen out) the dentist would hit the top of my mouth, and upper teeth with tools on power when pulling out of my mouth from working on the bottom. I felt neglected as a patient, and her work was extremely quickened & neglectful.

My first visit was for xrays to see what I needed to do to help myself feel better. (Having tooth problems for a few years now) The hygienist is incredible she's going on 14 years in her work. She was very informative and as gentle as she could be. I brought my 2 year old with me which I stress about but she handled her with grace. The dentist was very short and didn't attempt a conversation with me at all or smile at all but that's ok with me as long as her work is perfect. We will see on my next visit :)

I haven't visited the Dentist Office in years for many reasons. Plain FEAR. I waited for a long time, but I knew it was time. With careful research and reading reviews, I made the appointment. Needless to say, the entire event was so refreshing. I believe I waited longer in the waiting room then I did in the chair to have two teeth removed. I look forward to having more work done, so that I can have that pretty smile again. Yours Truly, Confident

When I visited this dental office the lady with the long dark brown hair was not friendly at all, she talked so low and acted clueless. Idk maybe bad day ? I went back and the lady taking my x-rays put her gloves on (without greeting) wipe something off the floor and continues to try to put a piece of equipment in my mouth!!! When i asked her to change gloves she did not apologize or say anything she changed her gloves with out washing her hands then wipe the equipment that goes in my mouth with a caviwipe and put it in my mouth without allowing it to dry or anything. Anyways there was only one young lady there that got them an extra star . Smh but the facility was clean and smelled great ! I wish the staff was to match

I have brought my daughter here twice for an exam and cleaning. The hygienist is very nice and great with kids but the dentist is very short with conversation and just rubs me the wrong way. Today at my daughters visit, I joked to the hygienist about pulling my daughters loose tooth. It was so loose that it would have fallen out on its own any day now. When the dentist came in she pulled it out with forceps without discussing cost with me. At first I thought "well that was nice of them" then I realized they were charging me for it. It was less than $30 but for something I could have done myself or it would have happened on its own, that was way to much! I'm pretty upset and we will not be returning to Sweet Gums Dental.

WOW I Rec'd a $50 bill for a missed appt i CX with the lady that called me to confirm. Ive never even stepped foot in this office. It would have been my first visit as a NP. I think its very unprofessional to charge someone who has never been there and did just as ask when i cancelled. This place is a rip off and i will seek another dentist for myself and my family. Nor will i pay this bill.

Made an appointment and called 2 days before to confirm my appointment and they said you can come in.Got there on my appointment day right on time and my name wasn't even in the computer.She used to be good but someone at the reception is tarnishing her name.I like her but will never go back because the person who schedules appointments was so rude and I also never got an apology that they messed my time. Will go somewhere else. It used to be so positive
With the young white lady.The black girl is so rude she needs to improve her customer service techniques. Yours disappointed customer You lost 6 customers because my whole family used to come to you.
