Super friendly staff. First dentist I've ever been to (and I've been to many..) that is super friendly, and does his utmost to not make me feel any pain. He keeps asking 'everything ok?? ' like every 5 minutes. His name is Dr.Eng. and I highly recommend him!!

I am an Ortho patient with Dr. Hoshino, he’s very gentle, funny and always thoroughly explains how to take care of my braces. He spends time going over my progress and encourages me. The staff is very friendly, personable and I feel like I’m part of the family. Love coming to Hawaii Family Dental Ewa Office! :)

Front desk staff are welcoming & attentive and efficient with all questions and request that I made on my first visit for a general cleaning. My next visit was an emergency visit due to a tooth getting infected right before christmas. WORST pain of my life. I can't thank the staff and Dentist who tended to me enough. Very caring!!!

Getting billed for an appointment I never booked. Spoke with their billing and they won’t show proof I booked the appointment. Be careful some dentists in Hawaii will falsely book sessions to collect. It is expensive to lease in Hawaii as a entrepreneur myself but this is just dirty. I don’t respect that kind of business. Own up to your mistakes.

It is always a great experience at this dental office. My dental hygienist is great, and spends lots of time explaining how to maintain my teeth. Dr. Schuler is wonderful, checks out my entire mouth, and never suggests a procedure that is not required.

The best ever. Truly, I used to have so much anxiety over going to the dentist. This is my favorite. I fly from another island to go here. They didn’t hurt me at all for 2 fillings and cleaning. Super happy!

Stopped in for my normal cleaning. Jessica took great care, cleaned my teeth and polished back to shiny white. My teeth receive such great TLC. Mahalo to a great staff!
