The whole team always makes sure you're comfortable and satisfied! Everyone is super sweet, but Danielle and Sarah are AMAZING! They always accommodate your schedule and go above and beyond. They even gave me a card for my engagement 💕

Ok all you cowards who have avoided the dental work you all know needs to be taken care of! Its not gonna just go away because youre ignoring it! This is the dentist youve been needing to visit! I was one of those people that never wanted to see a dentist. After many years of being afraid and ignoring, conditions finally got to the point that i had to go. So i shakingly? made the trip( i dont even know how many years its been) and let me assure you this is the dentist you need to see! I dont care how long its been or how horrid youre sitution is, this place is magic. Caring, compassionate, professionals are all you will find here! I am glad to call everyone in this practice friend!

All of the staff are friendly and focused on customer satisfaction. I originally came to Stone Falls for a Thornton Adjustable Positioner or TAP device as it was hard to find a dentist that took TRICARE medical insurance in O'Fallon, IL. After the care I received I switched all of my dentistry needs over to Stone Falls. This was the first dentist I have used that uses an intraoral camera to show exactly what they are talking about when there is an issue with your teeth. I would recommend them to everyone.

Love going to this dentist office! It's so comfy, friendly and accommodating! They do a great job cleaning my teeth each time and keep me informed on my dental health! Dr. Prane and the girls at the office are so great! Dr. Prane's dentistry is beautiful she's truly looking out for the best interest of her patients and makes you, as the patient, involved in your appointment. She tells you what you need and shows you why, unlike a lot of dentists who just say "here's what you need, here's the bill!" The rest of the office is SO organized, they make planning your treatment very easy. I highly recommend this office!

I took my daughter into the office yesterday and it was the best experience I have every had at a dental office. The front desk was very helpful with my insurance. When my daughter was seen they informed me of everything she needed to have done. Dr. Prane was excellent with her. It made her and my visit great!!

Dr Prane and the staff here are the best I've ever been to. After being a patient for about 3 years (just receiving teeth cleanings) I had a pretty bad accident. Dr. Prane and her staff came in hours early on several different occasions to help put me and my smile back together. Sure, it is a bonus that the wait times are at a minimum, every type of beverage is offered while you're there, and the staff/Dr. Prane are great at what they do. However, it is extremely rare to find an establishment like this that actually cares THIS much about their patients. I honestly cannot say thank you enough to each and every one of them. Through months of surgeries, they have been so helpful, caring, and friendly. Not to mention, my smile now looks like perfection, and it's ALL thanks to them.

She has a very calming demeanor, she does not want you to hurt and makes sure you are comfortable at all times.
