This is one of the finest dental offices not only in the Metro East, but in the entire St. Louis metropolitan area. Dr. Prane and her staff are very friendly and offer a large variety of services - and their rates are right on par with what I expected. I highly recommend them.

I did not have good experiences with this office. The people are very nice and Dr. Prane is also, but she did 3 crowns for me over a period of about a year and a half or so and all three have fallen off or cracked and when I returned to her she just quoted a price of $4500.00 to put new crowns on. No compensation for her shoddy work being the reason I was needing additional work. She said it was because I ground my teeth. I have never ground my teeth and she did not mention that at all when she did the original work. I went to another dentist and he said there was no evidence of my grinding my teeth. Her prices are extremely high and there is no guarantee on her work.

Friendly staff. Had 2 fillings replaced and it was almost perfect. Pain was minimal and I didn't feel anything after the numbing! Quick and easy! Will definitely be going back.

I have been going to Dr. Prane for several years and never missed a scheduled appointment (I have rescheduled a few weeks out). They have my cell phone number and for my last scheduled appointment they have sent multiple text messages and phones calls saying I need to confirm my appointment, NOT just a friendly reminder of the upcoming appointment. If you like to be spammed with unwanted communication, this is the place. I would understand needing a follow up if I had missed one or many appointments, but this harassment has driven me to look other places. Someone should review how customers are communicated to. One reminder is more than enough.
