Absolutely love the Stone Falls staff! Stephanie was so thorough and kind when she did my cleaning. Dr. Prane was so nice and I felt well taken care of the whole time. Danielle and Sara at the front desk offered me drinks, I felt so comfortable. I can't wait for my next cleaning.

Had the best experiences at Stone Falls! Caroline the hygienist is the greatest of all time! She is so thoughtful, friendly, and attentive and went above and beyond for me! I’m a new patient, but I will be back and cannot wait to see Dr. Prane and Caroline again. Also, the front desk workers are so sweet! Stone Falls is 10/10!

I have been a patient of Dr. Prane's since August of 2019. After a less than positive experience with another office, I was looking for something better. How lucky for me that I stumbled across Stone Falls Dental. The level of personalized care and service is exemplary! Everyone at the office - and I mean everyone - is fully committed to the patient experience. All of my interactions have been professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and memorable. And my review wouldn't be complete without a shout-out to Patient Coordinators Danielle & Sara (woot woot!). These ladies are truly wonderful, always in a good mood, quick with a smile and seem to really enjoy their jobs and taking care of patients. And Caroline ("Sweet Caroline dun dun dun..."), lovely hygienist, is awesome and a pleasure to spend an hour with. She's so great at her job! These people are the best and I eagerly await my next 6 month check-up. Thanks to the amazing staff at Stone Falls Dental. You're the best!

There is a reason Stone Falls has so many wonderful reviews. My experience started with not even sitting down in the waiting room. When is the last time that happened to you when you went to the dentist? The hygienist was thorough and gentle but what I think I appreciated most was the way she communicated with me the entire time I was in the chair. She would let me know what she was going to do next which put my mind at ease and made me comfortable. The entire staff is amazing and I appreciate how they seem to value each patient. If you are dissatisfied with your dentist, been going to the same one for years out of habit or too scared to go, then consider this your sign to give Stone Falls a chance to earn your trust.

Dr. Prane and her entire staff make going to the dentist’s office a pleasant experience. They are courteous, friendly, efficient, and thorough. When we overpaid due to a difference in estimated and actual insurance coverage, they were proactive in reimbursing the difference. Even my son, who has had bad experiences in the past and dreaded the dentist, has grown to not mind going because of the treatment here. I actually look forward to my twice a year visits.

Everyone from the front desk to the assistant and Dr. Prane were very welcoming. They are very thorough and explain any findings to ensure that you understand. I highly recommend this office to anyone!

Any dentist that refers their patients to Masterpiece Smiles for TMD treatment are ethically dubious in my book; especially if they’re privy to how they treat their patients. The Firths don’t bother filing with insurance; they charge exorbitant fees for things like healing lasers, nasal strips and spray, nutritional supplements, etc; you’re hassled to pay the fees in one lump sum before any services are rendered, and so on. It’s disgusting.

Stone Falls has been amazing to my family and I. We drive an extra 20 minutes just to come here and especially to see Caroline, she’s the best dental hygienist that has ever worked on my teeth. It’s obvious Caroline and the rest of the staff do this with their hearts.

Thank you for our outstanding exams. Only thing I'd like would be a PPO with delta dental. Jessie was outstanding as well as all the tech's and doc.
