This is the most comfortable dentist office I have ever been to. At Stone falls Dental they are absolutely fantastic professionals. Dr. Prane is skillful, kind ,and professional. The front desk staff(Sarah and Danielle) are just sent from heaven. They are highly experienced in the management of insurance issues, and are so friendly and helpful at explaining everything. I highly doubt I will ever be as satisfied by another dental office. 5 stars all day

It can be so hard to find dental care that meets the particular needs of your family. Dr. Prane and staff are so welcoming and so patient, we will stay with them for as long as they take us in! My son has a great amount of anxiety around the dentist and today his hygienist, Stephanie, took excellent care of him and he made it through without any issues. He was even happy to have gone. I’m so thankful for the time and attention provided! A friend recommended them to me and I will continue to recommend them to friends.

Stone Falls Dental Care did an excellent job of taking care of me! I had an emergency with my wisdom tooth breaking off and they rushed me in incredibly quickly and were very gentle in the surgery. All while I was a new patient! The women at the front desk were incredibly helpful and everyone I met there couldn't have been nicer.

Dr. Prane and her staff are awesome. I was in pain for 2 months going from dentist to dentist that wanted me to "reschedule" to correct a problem I had an appointment to fix. Other dentists sent me out the door still suffering and I had insurance and cash. Dr. Prane gave me alternatives and let me make the choice on care. Pain free same day. She is really good. Her hygienist is awesome too! She now has the whole family...all six of us.

Stone Falls Dental Care is a great denistry to choose if you are in search for new dentist. I was previously at my old dentist for about 8 years. For the last 6 years, I had been driving over an hour to my old dentist. No longer wanted to commute so started searching for new dentist close by that cod also do some cosmetic work. I was nervous about a new dentist. But I am now relieved because Dr. Prane listens, takes her time and provides great service. Dr. Prane gives you the best options for services. Dr. Prane's staff particularly, Danielle and Sara, receptionist are also great! They both greet you upon arrival & offer complimentary water/coffee. Dental assistance Deb is also nice, works effeciently while, also caring for your teeth.
Here is what I know/experienced:
•Dr. Prane will thoroughly review your X-rays and come up with a treatment plan.You are able to voice other concerns about your teeth & will be heard.
•I have State of IL Dental Ins (Delta Dental) which is accepted here.
•Care Credit is also accepted which I have used.
•Payment maybe optional-I was able to arrange future payments for Invasalign
•I've had my teeth cleaned 2X's at this location & it was not painful. Teeth looked & felt cleaner.
•Office is clean and staff are friendly (very friendly)
• Staff will call you to remind you of your appointments 😁!
•My appointments are scheduled & I am seen on time.

I can’t say enough about the friendly, caring, fun and professional group of people that are at Stone Falls dental care. They made me feel at ease about getting a crown and some other dental work. Dr. Prane is very thorough and is happy to take the time to answer any questions you may have. The staff is also very patient with any questions you may have and always go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. If anyone is in need of a dentist I highly recommend them.
