I used to really like this office, but they are super short on hygienists right now which causes an obnoxious amount of rescheduling and disorganization. Had one appointment rescheduled 3 times. Not reliable anymore. I hope they can fix their staffing issues to get back to what they once were!

I cannot recommend anyone go to this office at this time. I have been a patient for over 20 years and now they just keep canceling my appointments and cannot reschedule for months at a time. Based on the comments, seems to be a common problem.

Wouldn't consider this dentist as a good choice for new or existing patients. They no longer have any regard for their patients. After driving 45 minutes for an appointment I was told it was cancelled and someone called to reschedule. I was then asked to verify phone number because they couldn't get a hold of me. My response was that I'm pretty sure you have it because you've messaged me daily for the last week to remind me including the morning of my appointment. I had received 0 calls or voicemails from them. They scheduled another appointment but it was 4 months out and was told someone would call to get me in sooner. I heard absolutely nothing until the 4 months came around. At that point I started getting daily reminders of my appointment until the night before when I got a text message cancelling my appointment and stating they put me on the callback list and would call me to get an appointment scheduled as soon as possible. I'm assuming it's not possible because it's been over 3 months and haven't heard from anyone. They did the same thing for my wife's appointment 2 months after my last appointment was cancelled. At this point the whole family has moved on to a new Dentist who was able to get us in within a week.

Another issue I had with this Dentist is that they sent me a bill with a due date of April 14th. I paid it by phone within a couple days of receiving it (around 3 weeks before it was due). Later I received a collection notice dated April 13th ( before the bill was due) after it had been paid in full. I called and they cleared it up but it doesn't make sense to have collection letter dated prior to a due date unless you're desperate for funds or have no regard for your customers.

I came to this Dental office with another dentist who became partner or whatever the situation. He passed away and since I have felt like a number to these people. Even told the hygienist my situation with another corporate dental company and how I hated being a sale to them. My most recent visit was just routine and there was a new dentist there. I felt like I got good service and I agree they are all friendly. My complaint and reason for the 2 stars is they recommended MI paste to help me with dry mouth since I take meds that lowers my salvia and causes dry mouth. I asked how much it would be...... $10 okay I am sold. Next I know, I am receiving a $245.00 bill from them because my insurance would not pay for the MI paste. I can't afford $245.00 paste. Now I have called multiple times for a manger and can not get a manger to call me back. Very frustrating.

If I could give 1 star I would. Seriously. Make an appt, they hound to confirm you are coming , and then cancel after you confirmed you are coming . Oh buty favorite, they cancel by text AFTER they are closed for the day.

Remake an appointment after I have to call them back since no one there will actually call to reschedule to...you guessed it.....cancel again.
Seriously THE WORST dental group around!!! The. Worst.

Worst office ever! They reschedule almost every appointment they make. I just got rescheduled for the third time for my annual cleaning. I was sent to collections even though they owed me a credit. I had to spend hours of my time trying to get it worked out. The office manager was never in the office and wouldn't call me back. I had to go all the way through corporate to get help. It's a shame that the office is such a mess, Dr. McKone is a wonderful dentist and the hygienists have always been great!

I loved coming to Dr Mckone over the years. I went for a 6 months check up yesterday, and found out they no longer accept Carrington 500. Unfortunately, I was only able to get a cleaning. They told me, they haven't had it since August. I was never notified of the change. Also, heard Dr Mckone will be retiring. Unfortunately, I will need to find a new dentist and accepts Carrington 500. Good luck Dr Mckone, enjoy retirement.

The Marcin office cancelled my appointment two times in a row. The kicker is that the 2nd appointment was months away despite being put on a "priority list". They did not even bother to give me a call the 2nd time they cancelled. I called Northgate Family Dental, and they had me on the calendar the very next day.

A little unorganized at times..the dentist I had yesterday for my root canal was very patient with me after talking with me before the procedure about me being nervous...her assistant was so polite as well I believe the assistant was Whitney and I can't remember the name of the dentist .. I believe she said she was from England.

I switched from Marcins because cancelled appointments, over billing issues, and final straw won't do cavity wanted to have my get a root canal so went to another place and they did my cavity and other doctor wondered why a root canal.
