Initially, I was not pleased with the lack of communication. I was not contacted after completing new patient online registration and leaving several messages. I had to keep calling. (Changed job, insurance and I knew a dental hygienist that works here who I can trust, otherwise by Felecia!)!!

Once I finally got someone on the phone the process went smoothly and the staff is very friendly.
Be advised that on the 1st visit they only do examination and x-rays and give you a list of recommendations for services.
Most insurance companies cover 2 visits yearly and this puts you at 3 if you go for your bi-annual cleaning = More out of pocket expenses.
Otherwise, the staff is extremely friendly and make you feel comfortable.
I would definitely recommend this office (only if you have the time and patience to keep calling) LOL

I depended on them to tell me whether my coverage was good for their facility and this time they really let me down now I have a bill now due and they won't even take responsibility for them messing up always make sure you're covered because this facilities billing department won't do their job

Love going on Saturday 's cause of my job hours. Always not much of a wait to get called back for my appointment. Very detailed on what is been checked or my teeth cleaning procedure. Always very professional and thoural on every detail of my dental visit.
