Excellent experience. The waiting area had a kid friendly spot so I could fill out paperwork and my kid be entertained a bit. The staff was friendly and made a bond with my kid to the point my kiddo was smiling and felt comfortable giving a hug, it was the sweetest. Even during the procedure they were quick and efficient and still tried to make my kid as comfortable as possible while making sure I was okay too. I love this place and will continue to come here for the dental check ups.

The sedation dentistry is pretty good. The prices are kind of expensive my insurance doesn’t cover the procedure 100 percent and they won’t bill you for the difference but they will tell you how much they are going to cost

I have been taking my daughter here since she got her very first teeth. She’s 12 now and every experience has been great. We love the staff. Scheduling is a breeze. The lobby and waiting area is always clean and decorated very nicely. They offer FREE water, coffee, & tea! You don’t just feel like “another patient” with this group! Excellent service. Always striving to make the kids comfortable and calm. The list goes on! GREAT DENTISTRY!!!! Keep up the good work y’all. It doesn’t go unnoticed!!! Pediatric side- nurses are friendly and do well with the kiddos. Today was our last time going here.
We are constantly over billed at appointments. I then have to call (hoping someone answers or returns the voicemail left) to get a refund for the over charge.
It is hit or miss if the phone gets answered. They don’t return voicemails until the 2nd or 3rd voicemail and you have stated you have call multiple times with no return call. They don’t want to admit their own mistakes. We have had good experiences with them up until the last year. We are finally over them
