West 10th Dental Group

Dental technicians were excellent in taking care of my exam and cleaning.

Always a great experience when I come here for my dental needs and check ups. Staff is always friendly. Explains what they will be doing and how the procedure will go. Let's me know of any issues or concerns they see. My family have been coming to West 10th Dental Group for over 8 years. Even my kids enjoy going to the dentist, because of great care they always receive.

This seem like a new office with nice people. My only advice is the doctor and assistants need to always document what they have done on a patient. So when the patient comes back again you will know where you left off

I was very disappointed not with the dental service or the dentist.
But the billing system:
1. I call to schedule an appointment, spoke with a scheduling assistant, ask her if they took my insurance.
She advised she would check into it and get back with me.
2. A few weeks later that called me back to schedule the appointment, so I assume everything was okay.
3. Came in the day of my appointment, no problems, exam with x-rays went well
End of the appointment the dentist give me a few options and said that would discuss the difference billing options I have when I check out.
4. Will, come to find out they don't accept my insurance.
5. If I had known that they didn't accept
my insurance, I would have canceled my appointment
I feel they were wrong because I was miss lead. Believing my insurance would take care of everything

Thanks to my hygienist (Jenna- my apologies for the spelling) she was very patient as well as thorough with my cleaning😄

In the past I've been treated quite well. This visit was different, the two radiologists were fine. However, when it came to the assistant that was in charge of numbing, she was a complete fail when it came to making me feel comfortable during the process.

The front desk lady was SUPER nice and helpful! I really liked the new doctor, Dr. Holland, I believe is his name. Super nice and straight forward with suggestions about my daughter having to get braces. I’m looking forward to working with him over the period of time it takes for the braces to be put on, cleanings, the spacer she needs prior to getting the braces, etc.

Everyone was very professional, courteous and empathetic. I was able to get an appointment quickly and I was grateful because the broken tooth was cutting the inside of my lip and eating was painful. I was given options for treatment that were affordable and we were finished quickly. Thank you.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Bowling. I received exceptional treatment; beginning with the receptionist and the dental assistant. Dr. Bowling was cordial, through and informative. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone needing a periodontist!

I've been a long time patient here at this place. My daughter as well. I've had her appointment cancelled the last 2 times it's been scheduled. I've seen different dental hygienist not the same one in a while. The last one works only part time and has a full time job else where. You've took on other insurance companies to take on more patients. You can't have enough time for the ones you have. My daughters last dentist left there. It seems maybe you can't keep staff right now or something is going on. You've been out of supplies that you give out at the end of the visit. Things are going down hill at your place and it has been for awhile. I'm going to be looking for a new place to go.
