Since I didn't receive a survey and your office sent my daughter one only. I'll respond under her survey. My daughter visit was great she loves Sue to clean her teeth Sue always does a great job! Now with that being said! This is Jacqueline regarding my visit! I requested Sue in the past to clean my daughter and my teeth, because of a bad experience I had! Yesterday the person who clean my teeth seemed bothered by me asking for a flap to be on the apron to cover my neck! she stated the office didn't have one. Then she found one after telling me about her findings regarding radiation and how it's not true and I really didn't need the flap! There is absolutely nothing wrong with me requesting a certain person to clean my teeth or requesting the flap that protects patients thyroid from the radiation when taking X-rays. Then she went further and seemed to be in a rush telling me the reason why she didn't do the count on my gums and teeth is because your office only does this once a year! Which was a lie! My daughter has had this completed yesterday and twice the previous year! This is my first cleaning this year and it should have been done! I really didn't appreciate this tech who clean my teeth yesterday insulting my intelligence by lying to me! I received a text prior to my appointment that your office was ready for me now if I could come in now! Which let me know they must be trying to get out early today! I take pride in my teeth and I am very unhappy once again with the half cleaning of my teeth. I know you office doesn't care but I do! again there is absolutely nothing wrong with me requesting the flap to be on the apron before my X-ray to protect my thyroid from radiation or requesting a certain tech so at least my teeth will be cleaned. She also didn't give me a dental bag after my cleaning! Which further lets me know she was in a hurry! 😡 😤 😠

This was my first visit as it was for a periodontal exam and everyone exceeded my expectations. Everyone was very kind and informative. I highly recommend this place. Also it was Valentine’s Day and they were handing out beautiful carnations which always makes you feel better.

The staff are super friendly and efficient. My dental technician was very gentle during dental cleaning and knowledgeable about my periodontal health. Very helpful ensuring that my overall dental health continues to improve.

Friendly caring staff. My hygentist made me feel so comfortable. I felt like I knew her already like an old longtime family friend. I had great service even I strongly dislike going to the dentist.

Staff was super accommodating to my son who is autistic. They were gentle, but still able to get the job done! And my other son was very pleased with his experience as well 😊.

Dr. Rochman, rocks! I was having minor discomfort with one of my fillings, and she got me in ASAP. I love how kind and thoughtful she is with me, and her other patients. She makes sure to ask all the questions, and did a great job making sure I was comfortable. If I could give 100 stars I would.

I saw Dr. Jay Bowling (Periodontist) such a pleasant, straightforward and honest person. He discussed all the pros and cons, helped me to make an informed decision. The staff was also friendly and warm, especially his assistant and check out person. Made me feel like I had made the right decision going there. Will definitely tell my friends and recommend West 10th Dental Group.

I was charged despite presenting insurance card because they said they couldn't verify at the time. They have since agreed insurance is valid and they told me they would refund but they only refunded half of the money after 5 months. With my insurance, copay is $0. It has been impossible to reach anyone from billing on the phone and when i go in, no one would agree to talk to me. They kept referring me to call the billing department. They are not truthful about the finances.

First I enter the lobby and sign in. Nobody at reception, so I sat down. A few minutes later I heard someone typing up there so I got up and asked her if I needed to check in with her or just signing in was sufficient. Her response was that she'd let them know I was there.. paying no attention to the sign-in sheet with mine and someone else's signature. Then my next experience. What is the point of sending new patient paperwork, electronically, weeks in advance of my first appointment if nothing is going to be done? My paperwork had the information to obtain x-rays from my former dentist, my paperwork clearly states I am pregnant, I clearly look pregnant. First thing they did is try to take X-rays. No. So the gal had to talk to the dentist to confirm it was okay to clean my teeth without X-rays while the patient coordinator called my previous office to get my records. I'm not thrilled and genuinely debating if I'll go back for my 6 month appointment.

On my first consultation, Dr. Bowling and his Assistant gave me a thorough, but fabulously clear explanation, of what was needed and the possible approaches he would use. I loved how he used analogies to explain a complicated periodontal situation in layman's terms. He helped me feel more comfortable and confident to commit to the procedure.
