Went to schedule an appointment, and they dropped my call twice. Then I tried calling a third time, they connected me to another patient who was trying to contact them. Final try, got through and they started making fun of my last name. Cancelled my appointment right then and there. Very rude people.

I spent $8,500 On The Comfort Care Dentures. Had the top denture replaced twiceplus it cracked in the same place 4 times. I went in last week and they fixed the cracked denture (that cracked once again in the same place). That only lasted 3 days. Went back & they refused to fix it. I was told I need to buy a new upper denture. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A PROFESSIONAL DENTAL OFFICE!

I went to Aspen Dental in Marshalltown, IA for a free dental appointment for veterans which I thought was a great thing that they did. Unfortunately the dentist pulled out the wrong tooth and lectured me about my doctors at the VA. I made complaints and was contacted by a representative that was the wrong one and haven't heard anything back since! Not going away Aspen Dental until I get some answers!

My 92 year old father had a tooth extracted at Aspen Dental. This was the aftermath...they told him he must have it pulled after it cracked. It cracked because they tightened the prongs to his partial that connected to that tooth. Really???? I wonder how much they will charge him for these botched visits? Please everyone, find another Dentist's Office!!

This office seems to have a good dentist and modern equipment. However, it is the most disorganized dentist office I have ever been to. Be prepared to have you appointment time ignored and wait wait wait. I finally left after two hours and no treatment plan.

This company is a thief. They lie to you and manipulate the service to get you to pay more money than you should for less service. The doctor is a rude hateful person who thinks it is ok to talk to patients like they are trash. I would suggest find another dentist before you get totally ripped off.
