DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give 0 stars I would. My significant other went in for a routine checkup and cleaning. He was told that he had to get 5 teeth pulled immediately because they were broken. They said it needed to be done that day. This was a Friday and we were planning to leave on vacation later that afternoon so he asked if he would still be ok to go and enjoy the weekend. They told him he would be completely fine after 2 hours and would be able to do everything we had planned on. Neither of us have had any teeth pulled and didn't know what to expect so we trusted them. After the procedure they told him he would be in a lot of pain for about a week and prescribed pain medication. I'm not sure why they lied and told him he would be fine because it completely ruined our vacation. If they knew he would need pain medication they should not have told him he would be able to drink alcohol 2 hours after the procedure. They also didn't take into consideration that he was on blood thinners because he bled for days after the procedure. They just wanted our money. It felt like a sleazy used car salesmans office. $3000 later I feel completely taken advantage of. I wish we would have gotten a second option because I doubt any of it needed to be done. He was also told that he needed to see one of their specialists because he had a laceration on his cheek which might be cancer. He told them he would feel more comfortable seeing a specialist his primary physician recommended. He had that appointment today and his doctor told him there is absolutely nothing on his cheek that even closely resembles cancer. His doctor told him never to go back to aspen dental. Its obvious they are dishonest and just looking to make money by any means necessary. If its too late and you have already had any work done at aspen make sure you look over your billing because they will add things that shouldn't be in there and hope you don't notice. I never write reviews but felt the need to here because no medical office should perform unnecessary procedures or refer people to their specialists by scaring them into thinking they have cancer just to make money.

The entire staff at this dental office was very professional start to finish. It had been a number of years since I had seen a dentist and I was very nervous to go and have anyone look in my mouth. Not only did they not make me feel bad about my teeth, but they definitely put many of my fears and anxieties at ease.

So I only have 6 of my own teeth, that part sucks, but the team at Aspin never lets me feel self conscious. I have always been treated with sincere respect. They know I still want to smile, eat and look my best😀
Thanks for all your help and encouragement over the past 6+ years .

Worst service, I have ever had in my life. The staff was very unprofessional. After my initial consultation of 14,000 dollars, they acted like they didn't want to deal with me. I told them I was getting care credit. Then they responded only to cancel the intial cleaning 2 minutes before my appointment. They said they were going to call back twice, and never did. This place is a total hole. I guess someone else is going to get my money. I honestly don't how this place gets any good reviews.

Worse dental experience I've ever had at a dental clinic. Had to wait 45mins after my apt before getting to even go to a room. I then waited an additional 45mins to meet up with the dental hygienist, only to wait yet again for the dentist to come in and tell me I had terrible teeth and needed to spend $3000 to have them cleaned and have fillings done.

All I had gone in there for was to have a single filling taken care of and they refused to do this until I had a cleaning done.

Ended up getting a second opinion and everything that had been told to me was a false. Happy I went somewhere else that was able to get me in within 10mins of checking in, and was out the door in 30.

the lady at the front desk was not friendly at all. the dental assistant was amazing but the actual dentist was not friendly and rushed out of my room without even giving me time to ask questions. very disappointed and will not be back

only oneway

They only care about money. Treat the customers importance on how much is your mouth worth to them. The OM Rebecca is the worst. She never does what she says and lies about what she does. Shes not a good person.

i would not recommend this place all they want is money😡 i called and set appt. the corporate off told me they had a special on extraction for only 95.00 per tooth. while there the assistant " highly"recommend i get my teeth clean told them i didn't have insurance and would like to wait due to was starting a job very soon with insurance. then go in to see the dr. he recommend i get all my teeth pulled upper and bottom immediately..😮 so that is like 18 teeth they want to pull. when the assistant was trying to sell me a teeth cleaning😒 so i was thinking they would only pull 2 teeth for a top denture and said would not do only the top but would only do both top and bottom. so went into the financial aid person to only have her tell me that i didn't qualify for the $95.00 per tooth to pull but would be $275.00 PER TOOTH ...what the???? and because i didn't have insurance i would need to pay before they started...😮 i walked out of there in tears because i just wanted teeth to look presentable for my new job instead they made me feel like low life scum this place only wants your $ i went to Affordable Dentures they only charged me for one tooth pulling at $95.00 and new top dentures for only $325.00 not top of the line but i now have teeth!!!! and don't look look bad at all. DO NOT waste ur money with these crooks go to Affordable Dentures. They don't treat u like low life they treat u like a human with feeling

Honestly I did not take of my mouth over the years...my doctor told me to see a dentist because my gum disease may cause serious problems with my health. the people at aspen really took care of me and now I am not embarrased to smile. I was surprised how things have changed since i last had a tooth out - it was much easier and painless this time. I even sent my friends there. Thank you aspen!

Nice facility (seriously one of the nicest I've been to) and everyone in the office was polite. Short story is I have no bleeding gums, soreness or any issues whatsoever. I just need a cleaning is all. At the end of my first exam I'm brought to the "financing office" where the first thing I'm told is no joke: "Mr.Rosenberg, you have OUTSTANDING dental insurance! " then I'm offered an application to finance the remaining $3,000 for Invisalign braces.. (didn't want those) I explained I just wanted me teeth cleaned... "oh we're past that.. you have a bacterial infection blah blah.. " the Dentist told me I'm already past gingivitis and I'm at risk of losing my teeth..

The whole thing just seemed like a scam. This is a dentist I guess... but it's also a business. This place is trying to scare people with good insurance into getting extra services they don't need. Who do you think is paying for the nice office and equipment?

I'm off to get a second opionion because I really doubt my teeth are as bad as they say.
