Anyone who has a dental problem, make an appointment with Dr pack,Emma and team you will not be disappointed. Wonderful people and best denture fit ever,I don't use any type of glue/cement type products they fit that well.and you can eat anything you have a taste for.

I've been going to this office for almost 4 years now and they have always been professional and courteous. Any time I've had a billing issue, the problem had been solved in a timely manner. I'm usually able to schedule an appointment at my preferred day & time as well!

Save yourself the trouble, find dentistry elsewhere.
I am beyond shocked and appalled at the way my friend was treated today. She came in on an emergent basis for a broken crown. She was waiting to be helped when she heard nurses, Aspen Dental Staff, blatantly making fun of her. Speaking openly and loudly enough for my friend to hear. My friend felt humiliated. People who are supposed to help her, being so cruel and rude. How dare they be so disrespectful to a client?! Unacceptable.

They all were all great, the office staff & the Dr. were all very polite, respectful, they explained everything in very plain english terms nothing over the top they put me very much at ease they discussed financing with me very pleased with the outcome.

I have had 2 crowns within the last year break or fall off. I spent a majority of my fall last year dealing with them not able to get the crown to stay on after I had a crown I had no issues with break after 13 years. The crown that they replaced has since broken after less than a year. My “family” dentist back home had treated that tooth so if there were any issues the next dentist should not have had to do much. They filed my tooth down to almost nothing and then had me sign a waiver that if the crown didn’t work out then I might have to get an implant. It’s like they purposely screw up the crowns so you’ll have to shell out more money later! This is what happens when things are run like big business and the family dentists are the ones that act in their patients best interest and care about the work they do so it lasts! I looked for a different dentist under my insurance plan so I would have to deal with these people again.

I chose Aspen Dental because my daughter had visited the Coralville, IA location several times and she was very pleased. I chose the Edgewood locationas it was closer to our home. Nikki the dental assistant was amazing. She explained each step of my visit with a smile on her face and seemed like she truly enjoyed her job.
I will not mentiln the physician I saw just to say he was professional, but he was quick to dismiss and discount any opinions or observations I made regarding care and treatment. His quick speech and rushed exam left me dumbfounded and when he asked if I had any questions I had to say 'no' as my mind was trying to make sense of all he said. Though he was sitting beside me, he never positioned himself to where he could look me in the face He sat right outside my field of vision to my right side. The exam/treatment room I was in was not private and there were several exam chairs only seperated by thin partitions. There were children being treated behind me and they were loud. It was not a comfortable environment.

I went in to this appointment trying to dismiss the 'chain store' dentist office idea. Sadly, most of my visit did feel that way. Cold, generic, and assembly line directed. This is why I can only give a 3 star rating at this time. I hope any future visits can change my mind.

The only saving grace I found was Pam. She is the treatment coordinator, and financial advisor. She took the time to listen to my concerns, going so far as to let me vent my frustration of feeling like just another customer. If the physicians went above and beyond like Nikki and Pam, I believe I could find a new home at this office.

This was an absolutely the worst dental experience I have had. I read the reviews before and I went somewhere else previously, and I needed to go again and Aspen was the most convenient. So I scheduled and thought maybe the bad reviews went true. THEY WERE! I get there and the front desk lady was beyond rude and seemed like we were an inconvenience. So I go back to get my x-rays and the lady kept talking to other workers while I sat there with the mouth things that put in my mouth while she has a conversion about her New Years plans. Then, I head back to the room, and I was expecting a cleaning. Well the assistant said that the dentist would come in and look at my teeth. Okay, strange that he would see them before the cleaning, but sure. So he comes in and says that I have like 7 cavity's and will need a crown and root canel and a mouth guard. WHAT?? let me say, I have not had a cavity before, and then he says this. I thought, mmhmm, you are just looking for money. So he leaves and then the gum lady come in. Talks about my gums. Then She said the finance lady will talk to me next. (okay, just wanted to get my cleaning people) So I waited for 30 minutes in the room and finally I walked out of the room, and asked the front desk if I was done. The oh so friendly front desk person I talked about at the beginning of this review is back again and she was having a conversation that she was probable upset I had to interrupt, because she just walked over to me, and didnt say anything so I said, I was in the room for 30 mins and no one came, so wondering if I was done. So they said oh yes, the finance lady will be right in!! SERIOUSLY? so I went back to the room, then the finance lady came in after about another 5 mins of waiting and told me it will be $2000 total, and $800 up front. (mmm I dont think so..) so I said, I am assuming I am not getting a cleaning today correct, she said that is correct and I would have to schedule that again. I walked out of there and am telling everyone to not go there! Absolutely terrible service and they want to take your money!!

The young lady that performed the cleaning on me she was very professional during my entire visit. Very informative in details, explaining everything that she was going to do. No complaints, very satisfied with the services provided by her, I would definitely rate her with 100 Stars. See you guys soon.

Fantastic place. I hated going to the dentist until I got to this place. I've made more progress here that I have anywhere else. The staff is very nice and really has your best interest at heart. The dentists here really care about their patients and want to help them take care of their teeth better at home so more invasive procedures can be avoided. As someone who used to hate going to the dentist, I would recommend this place.

Took my mother in for severe tooth pain. Staff was super friendly, but we waited 2 hours for a dentist to bang on her teeth, causing more pain and speak about what he would fix that other dentists did. I was shocked when she came out crying and in more pain.
