Aspen always seems to find a way to work in an appointment time that works for me. I recently needed to be seen in somewhat of a hurry and they made it work as best they could for my schedule. My dentist was calm and patient with me, even though I was nervous. They answered my questions thoroughly and made me feel taken care of. Thank you Aspen Dental.

My visit started off well. Got in relatively quickly and doctor was fast. Communication among the staff weird. I would ask a question and they would all look at each other expecting the others to answer. After my visit with the DR they said they needed to do paperwork and left me in the chair for over 40minutes. I eventually left the chair and walked to the front where they had forgotten about me and then told me to sit up front. I sat there. There was another lady who had been waiting to be seen for 1.5 hours even though there were staff available and rooms open... I was there for 2 hours total and never even got a cleaning...

This was my first visit and I will be having some extensive work done so I will update my review once I have finished my treatment. The reception area was clean, the staff was nice and helpful. They were running behind but they told me up front and gave me the option to wait or reschedule. I really appreciated knowing that instead of just waiting and waiting. Dr. George was very professional and compassionate, he had my best interest in mind as far as treatment and cost. Mollie in the financial office went above and beyond giving me many options and explaining the cost of my treatment. I was very nervous walking in and they all did a wonderful job easing my anxiety and treated me with genuine care.

During my visit to Aspen dental I was only greeted by desks associates the doctor nor the nurse even spoke to me to greet me before my root canal procedure was done. During the procedure both doctor and nurse were very rude. Not to mention the dr is very unprofessional. I highly recommend seeing other options, Aspen was just the faster At the time but the work and experience during visit speak for itself

If I could I would rate this place of business a 0. Very disappointed in the dishonest dental practices that are being applied here. I scheduled a new patient visit to have my teeth cleaned and came to find out that you must undergo a "deep clean" prior to starting a normal cleaning regime. This was going to cost an additional $350 for which my insurance will not cover. When I asked if I can skip the "deep clean" I was told no. In addition, they were shamelessly promoting invisalign products. The Dr. that I saw was probably last in his dental class. Overall avoid this place like the plague. I was very sad to see people in there for which they were getting ripped off. I will tell everyone I know not to go here.

Been on antibiotic for two days would not pull tooth and expects me to live in this pain for another week with out doing anything about it besides extending my antibiotic. Would not recommend this place at all... my tooth needed to come out now, today and they are by the book dr’s and they are the worst kind. Caring about the patient is obviously not taught medical teaching this day in age! So to the people who work there hope someday your in this much pain and want your tooth out but you have to wait a whole week plus before anything is done. Not everyone and everything is by the book and those are the best dr’s. Was treated better at dental dental and that’s not saying much!

Girls were wonderful with my son who has disabilities. Made him laugh. Took two to get xrays but they did great! Doctor was awesome with him too. They pulled his wisdom tooth that was giving him pain till he can get into his new dentist. I wish they took his plan as I would keep him there. I am now a patient myself and everyone at the SW location is wonderful and Dr Maytham Quasi is wonderful. Keep up the good work.

I had several visits here. I first came and had an evaluation performed to determine any work needed done for my teeth. They then created a recommended list of procedures I needed. I had them email me, before services even started, the procedures, the codes used to bill my insurance, and the amounts of the procedures to ensure the procedures I needed were covered by my insurance and so that I could ensure I knew what I would be paying. I also provided my Schedule of Benefits with my insurance so they knew exactly what procedures my insurance would cover and the amounts for each procedure.

The work performed has not had any issues thus far. The doctor and hygienists are kind and the work they do has been entirely satisfactory.

However, every single time I come here I have issues with billing and scheduling. I am repeatedly given the wrong insurance estimates, asked to overpay by hundreds of dollars and figure it out later, asked to pay for procedures that I didn't know would be happening yet, and asked to reschedule to earlier times so that I have to take off more time at work to accommodate the appointment. The only person who ever seems to be able to get to the bottom of billing with me is the office manager, who is very nice and understanding, but obviously isn't available to speak with normally.

I could have handled all of this, except for the front desk staff's attitude. They have little patience for discussing billing, and they eventually lost all pretense of civility and condescended to me every time they spoke to me. They seem used to having people just pay and figure it out later, whereas I prefer to figure it out and pay right the first time.

In the end they told me to pay it or go to collections. This was on the same date that I showed up after having taken time off of work, again, and learning that that appointment wasn't a check-up on the previous appointment's crownlike I had been told at all, but actually another set of procedures that would cost several hundred dollars.

If you want good work done and are ok with handing them a credit card and agreeing to whatever prices they say, then you'll be happy as a customer here. If you don't want to overpay and are used to verifying your bills, I would highly encourage you to stay away. The aggravation isn't worth it.
