Aspen Dental

I have nothing but GREAT things to say about the Fort Dodge Aspen Dental Team! I have not been to the dentist in very many years. I would say 20 years. I was nervous, scared and very anxious. The lady who sat up front Bri greeted me by name and went out of her way to say goodbye to me after my visit. Chelsea was my DA and she was so patient and kind. She made me laugh and smile and be really at ease with everything. She explained every X-ray and step during my visit. The hygienist Jackie I believe is her name was so gentle as she knew how much pain I was in. She did great in teaching me how to use my product for my treatment. Dr. Williams explained everything in detail and talked to me like I was a friend and explained every part of what was happening in my mouth. The office manager Diana was fantastic in breaking down the price of everything for me and walking me through what insurance did and did not cover. Hands down the best team.

I haven’t been to a dentist in many years. I got/have a lot of issues in my mouth. I was scared, nervous. Bro is the best. I have been treated n taken care of in good hands…things have been very well explained…I’m in the process of getting partials. Had a deep cleaning, fillings.
My daughter Becca is having a cleaning.

The dental clinic was clean and picturesque for a state of the art facility. Staff were very friendly and accommodating—I felt at home and well-cared for. Their patient education is awesome!

Not sure what has happened to Aspen in Fort Dodge, but I recently had the worst experience ever. Went to my appointment got there and was told I didn’t have an appointment and the girl whom set up the appointment and gave me the card was the one whom should have entered the appointment. Then she wants to schedule for another day, no I want this day since I did take off from work. Second, I thought I would try again for my Invisalign and go for appointment and it was canceled without my knowledge. Cancel me forever Aspen, Fort Dodge.

Staff were all very professional and very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain in detail the procedures that they needed to perform on me to create the best outcome for my health.

I can't say I love going to the dentist but this was the best experience I ever had. Everyone there was very knowledgeable and explained everything so that I could understand it.
I was particularly impressed with Dr. Williams. He took the time to examine my teeth and explain everything that he was doing and things that ought to be done in the future. I never had a dentist spend so much time discussing everything with me.
So I was very pleased with this visit to Aspen Dental.

For someone like me who has had terrible experience with dentists previously... these folks did an excellent job accommodating me. Huge shout out to Dr. Williams and Jacque. Total Rockstars at their jobs.

I hate going to the dentist, Aspen in Fort Dodge makes the experience calming. Wont go anywhere else and refer everyone I know.
