I didn't care for the x-rays tool that they used cause it scratched the inside of my mouth. But I did like being able to see the problem areas on a screen and watch tv. Loved how my teeth felt after being cleaned :)

Honestly they have great customer service and it took me a bit to decide to cancel my appointment but in the end they wouldnt accept my insurance which I have to go through so I had to decline and now finding a new place to go

I came to have tooth pull on 1/18/19 they sawed tooth off and left the roots on it in my gum have infection in my gums and have already talked with lawyer gum will no heal still is really sore have to put ice on my cheek every night. Thought it would feel better by

Aspen Dental has really become nice place to go to. I had whitening done with a hygienist, and she did a great job and was very sensitive to my needs.

The dentist at the time numbed my mouth to fit a temporary crown. I asked him to please not numb it to an extent that I could not eat when finished. He proceeded to use 2 vials of novacaine. My appt was for 5 30 pm and the numbness didn't wear off till 9 30 pm. He grinder and grinder I could feel the pressure of the tool hitting my lip and cheek. He even put a stitch in because he went too far! When I got home and the numbness wore off my lip was very sore so I looked at it. It had and still has a lump from where he was excessively rough it is all "torn" up on the inside. Never in all my days have I experienced such a uncomfortable appt. The following night the temporary crown fell off. I am now waiting for my permanent crown and sitting with an exposed tooth. After I get my crown I never plan on going to Aspen dental again!

Me and my Hispanic fiance went there and when he went back they assumed he couldn't speak English and started talking slowly and loudly say they had to get a translator. As if slowing down and talking loudly would have helped if he didn't speak English. Very racist people
