Everyone was great at allaying my "dentist" fears. Dr. T was very gentle, informative and office staff were awesome. I made a good choice in choosing g Aspen dental.

This place is a joke. I've gone for over a year and after 1.5 years they randomly billed me for over 600$ worth of cleanings for my son and I. We both have insurance which covers all of our cleanings. They never bothered to bill our insurance companies. Note that I also pay over 10$ a month for my dental insurance so this is ridiculous. Nevergoing back this joke of a place.

Took about 2 hours for just a first time consult. I realize they worked me in because of a problem with my regular dentist but if they didn’t have the time reschedule would be the answer. They were through with the diagnosis and type of treatment to use. I felt they did their jobs very well.

I called for an appointment and they got me in the next day. After my dental check they were able to schedule a cleaning right away the same day. Everyone explained what they were doing during my whole visit. All were so nice.

I was seen by Dr. Goodwin for a root canal. He was wonderful! He fully explained to me, before he started the procedure, what he would be doing. And every step of the process was explained before he started. Great dentist!

When I got there they said I had no appt. someone had not switch my appt. so the they had to ask the doctor if he could squeeze me in. Luckly he said yes because all I need was a tooth replaced in me dentures. So I waited almost an hour before the lady behind the desk took my dentures and took the back somewhere. waited almost another hour before I got the back. I never saw any doctor or anyone to tell them that this is the second time this tooth has fallen out since I got these dentures. Also I got them in a baggie and she said to rinse them off before putting them on because of the solution they were in. So i got home which is an hour drive and put them on and it was an awful feeling, they have a glue or scratch on them, it feels horrible in my mouth now, not the smooth feeling that I had before. I am not happy with this visit, if I would of got my appt. I would of went back and they would of fixed the tooth and put it in my mouth there and I would of been able to feel that something was wrong and they could of fixed it right there, but now I have to live with this because I dont have time to drive an hour and take time off work again to get it fixed. when it should of been fixed right when I was there and had an appt, that someone failed to switch for me. I would never recommend Aspen dental to anyone. I have had bad experience all the way around. Also when I got me teeth pulled you broke two teeth and left them in my mouth and never told me, I just felt it and heard it, so somewhere down the line I will have problem and have to have an oral surgery take tham out which will cost an arm and a leg. so no one should go to you. You dont keep appts. and dont tell people of any problem.

I really like Aspen Dental of Fort Dodge,Iowa. They have a very pleasant staff. I'm proud of my new dentures.I can now eat sweet corn off the cob. I got my full smile back. Great place to go and I recommend them.

Charged for service didn’t ask for beware I told them last time I didn’t want any extras not covered by insurance my old dentist never charged for the things aspen does very disappointing

Everyone was very friendly. I made an appointment to get my teeth cleaned that day.When I got there they did x-rays. They went over my x-rays and all they could talk about was bone loss and deep cleaning. I wanted the surface of my teeth clean but they were not interested. So I have made other arrangements. Thank you
