2nd time visiting. I like how they have a sign on their door 1st visit is free. So on our 1st visit the first thing they wanted was $300 for the first visit-Had to explain that to them. Even though I had insurance that covered those expenses. And 2nd time they wanted money for teeth cleaning and that too is covered by insurance. Other than that they make you feel guilty like any dentist. Why god didn’t give us a 3rd set of teeth may be one of his worst engineer failures

Aspen Dental in Ft Dodge has done an awesome job for me!! They made me feel welcome, and they schedule appointments right away. I really liked both dentists, both were great to work with. Their prices are in line with other Ft. Dodge dentists too. I will continue with Aspen Dental!!

I have anxiety when going to the dentist, so I was very nervous. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel at ease. Scheduling was prompt and every question I had was answered. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental in Fort Dodge.

I'd give it zero stars if that were an option. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a dental office. On the first visit, I waited for over an hour and 20 minutes before I was even acknowledged or brought in to see the dentist. AND I HAD AN APPOINTMENT! Unlike any other dental office, they did not schedule a cleaning along with my initial exam. After I made an appointment for a cleaning, Aspen Dental called to cancel three times. The day before my appointment I was left a message asking me to come in at a different time than my appointment. I did not call back to confirm this new time, but the next day I was called once again to come in "now" because they had a cancellation. I told them I could not do this and would like to keep my original appointment of 2 p.m. They said they'd be closed then and would not honor the appointment time THAT THEY MADE! A̲p̲p̲a̲r̲e̲n̲t̲l̲y̲ ̲a̲p̲p̲o̲i̲n̲t̲m̲e̲n̲t̲s̲ ̲t̲h̲e̲r̲e̲ ̲a̲r̲e̲ ̲s̲u̲g̲g̲e̲s̲t̲i̲o̲n̲s̲ ̲a̲n̲d̲ ̲n̲o̲t̲ ̲a̲c̲t̲u̲a̲l̲ ̲a̲p̲p̲o̲i̲n̲t̲m̲e̲n̲t̲s̲.̲ I rearranged my work schedule to make that appointment and when I said that this was unacceptable I was told that " this happens all the time with other dental offices." NO, IT DOESN'T. I will never set foot in Aspen Dental again, and I would highly recommend those who value their time do the same.

There office is very clean, but they are so out of price for everything. I can go somewhere better for what I need that's reasonably priced. 50,000.00 for dental bridges is way to much. I found a way better place that will do it for 30,000.00 and way better. So don't waist your money here!

This would've been a 4 star review just because the financial side of Aspen Dental is a little aggressive as far as paying in full before you're seen. But because of the staff, I can't help but go 5 stars here.
Professionally, Dr. Yaina, Alaina and Paige were very helpful in explaining everything and making sure I knew what was happening and coming up next. I was also shown what and why was happening with my teeth with x-rays so I understood what the doc was trying tell me.
On the lighter side of things, it was a very pleasant experience joking around with Alaina, Anna and Paige. Being able to cut it up in that kind of atmosphere helps tremendously.
Overall, SUPER bunch of people to deal with in the Fort Dodge office!
