I have been long time client with Aspen Dental and had major issue with one of my teeth. I called to make appointment which I could not get in for two days and currently I sit hear at 1:30 AM cannot sleep. Pain 7 out of 10 swallon jar cannot eat and infected worse now then two days ago. I even told them the tooth is infected and needs antibiotics now so it does not get worse.

This place should not be in business. Office staff does not return phone calls. The office is dirty and unprofessional. They will not meet the expectations that they set. Temporary teeth are so ill fitting that they were non-functioning for my family member and then they were left with no teeth at all for weeks on end. I would not recommend this office to anyone!

I made an appointment here thinking a big name business would have great service.....I was wrong. The dentist was way too rushed and I felt like me being their for an appointment was a hassle to her. Not a very friendly atmosphere and I didn't feel comfortable being there. Pricing is outrageous, I mean OUTRAGEOUS! They wanted to charge me $12,000 for my dental work (after insurance). Went to a different dentist who did ALL my dental work, had exceptional service, friendly staff and only paid $200 total after insurance. Made me realize just how big of a rip off Aspen is.

I appreciated the free x-rays (and they took tons of them), and the free exam. I spent a lot of time waiting before the x-rays, before the exam, and after the exam waiting to get an estimate of the recommended work to be done. Unfortunately, the TV in the waiting room, and the little TV in front of the dental chair were both tuned to paid advertising. Obviously, someone is paying Aspen to show that channel. So, I spent over an hour watching an advertisement about a wrap to put around my stomach that will make me look chiseled, and then a very long ad about a company that will protect my credit. As far as the dental visit, the dentist recommended pulling all of my teeth and putting dentures on both my upper and lower. I am missing 6 teeth on my lower, but my upper teeth are all intact. He said it makes it easier to match up. The denture plate they recommended for the lower did not include implants, so I would rely on suction to keep it in place. I've been told that the suction type are bad for the lower teeth because the tongue keeps pushing it out. Overall, I was disappointed, but I'm evaluating options so I guess that's OK.

I was very happy with the service at the Ames Aspen Dental. The receptionists to all of my toothmaster administrative and technical crew ,I have to say have been very informative and very accomplished at what they do. I feel I have received excellent care.Yes sometimes I've had to wait when they are busy, but if you're in the chair you have TV.
I would recommend this office to anyone who wants good dental health, and more importantly overall good health.

From the time I walked into the door (my first and not last visit), I was very impressed. Never had I experienced such a complete preliminary process from x-rays to computer scans to the exam by Dr. Chris all explained to me in such detail. Kudos to the young lady that took me through that process.
Working through the financing was painless, thanks to the office manager. I finished with Ariana. I’m all in Thanks team, job

Very professional and friendly environment. Customer service was top notch! Dentist and Hygienist were probably the most professional I have ever had during an appointment. Office has the latest technology for diagnosis. Overall a great experience and I can't wait for my next appointment....that is saying alot!

They were very professional but personal and helped me through my anxiety about my finance issues and helped me find the right help for me to be able to fix all my teeth problems not to mention the first time visit and X-ray were free and the doctor was a cutie so that was a plus and the gals were sweet as ever .. thank you so much for all your help

Staff was right out of college. Never had such a negative experience. Kept
interrupting me and repeating their treatment plan after I had already addressedy concerns with what I actually wanted done and why I was there. Seems they offer free x rays as a way to find anything and everything they can charge you for on your treatment plan while ignoring what you actually went in for. The office manager was the worst, this place is a joke.
