Very rude and pushy. I had to reschedule my appt just to have them call and reschedule it AGAIN! Very bad with time management. Will not go back. I felt like my pain was no concern of there's. Will go to Dr Shay in Webster City.

Made an appointment for first thing in the morning to have my permanent retainer re-cemented. Sat in the chair for 2 hours without the retainer being replaced. Finally just left. Go to Dr. Jim Knight instead.

Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. I feel they make up for the free exam and ex-rays with the cost of cleaning and extras however they do get you in almost immediately. Overall a good experience.

My wife went to u guys. U are very bad service she's been coming 6 month's straight and u guys can't fix the problem. Shouldn't take 6 months if you guys know what you are doing. Plus she wants a refund in cash since she paid 1000.00 in cash and u guys are refusing to do so. She is getting a lawyer
