Did my Invisalign through Aspen Dental, paid for that. Then they took my insurance info and part of my Invisalign appointment included a tooth cleaning. Then I get a bill for an additional $200 for a tooth cleaning. Feel like they could’ve notified me that my insurance didn’t cover the cleaning before doing it. Not clean my teeth then say nothing and bill me in the mail. I’m in college so the heads up for payment would’ve been appreciated before hand.

Not happy....
I paid for a tooth extraction in advance. Made my appointment.....good to go right..NOPE
My husband and I both drive truck so I said that if I'm not able to make appointment....confirmed thay rescheduling is option and it was..story short I still haven't been able make another appointment for tooth extraction
..asked for refund....expecting $275.00the out I wrote check for..I get. .$27.00 check

Went in for tooth pain and all they did was give me xrays and an exam and antibiotics.. nothing for pain no nothing.. and I'm in sever pain but didn't seem to care.

I had a wonderful experience! The entire staff was very friendly and professional. Doctor Taina Is very knowledgeable and was helpful in explaining what options were best for me. And the Lab Technician is the best I’ve ever seen. What she does is not only a skill, but an art, and there is no one who compares to her. I highly recommend Aspen Dental!

Got replacement dentures. Absolutely the worse smile I have ever had. They're weren't even and even arched. My teeth are going inwards like I grew up with a ten is ball in my mouth or like I got my teeth punched in. These are my temporary ones but I can for sure say if my permanent ones are like this we Definitely will have some problems.

If you want to wait 45+ minutes past your scheduled appointment time with no explanation and then watch people who came in after you did get taken back before you then this is the place you’ll want to go! Can’t tell you how the dental team was because I never got past the receptionist desk.

I have to say I was overly amazed with Aspen Dental. I was able to get in on the same day I called. Dr. Chris was fantastic as was the staff at the Fort Dodge location. A treatment plan was come up with, explained and made fully understandable and any options that I had.
The staff is professional, but also very personable too. I look forward to continuing to have my dental work done here.
