i was terrified of going back to the dentist after years of not going and having traumatic experiences when i’ve gone in the past. the staff at the dental studio of iowa went above and beyond to make sure that i was extremely comfortable the entire time, they went over everything with me to make sure i understood it all. i got to watch tv during my xrays and the whole experience was really great. i have always been hesitant to go to the dentist, but i think i will actually start going now! i have gone back twice now since my original appointment and i highly recommend this place!

I went in as an emergency with an infection. Dr. Karch extracted 3 teeth and gave me a plan for long term dental work I've needed done for a long time.
Based on the professionalism, expertise and care I received from Dr. Karch and his staff (Beth!) I'll be going back to get the rest of the work done.
My daughter, who has a background in the dental field, told me what price range I should expect for the extraction. The charges were right in line with what i expected. Their office manager is top notch, too!

Dr. Elmitt and his Dental Assistant Ashley Feldmann were absolutely amazing! They were kind, thorough, and did everything they could to make me comfortable throughout my appointment. I highly recommend paying them a visit - this was my first time back to a dentist in a few years and they were absolutely incredible and actually make me want to keep going back :) I look forward to seeing them again for my routine cleaning!
