The Dental Studio of Iowa was the best dental experience I have had. They seem to very much value the comfort of their patients and are extremely transparent in their processes. I have sensitive gums due to a medication and the dental hygienist stopped multiple times to check if I was doing okay and asked me to tell her if we needed to stop, which we did not because it was one of the most gentle cleaning I have had done. I was also the last patient before a long holiday weekend and at no point did I feel rushed. Every member of the staff was very kind.

My Wife had bitten her lip in the same place several times, which over a few weeks became a growth about the size of a bean. After a visit to medical clinics and weeks out referral schedules we found out Dr. Karch could take care of it. The office got us in quickly and took care of it right away! Dr. Karch explained the process and did a great job of making my Wife comfortable with the procedure and informed during the process. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the facilities are very nice.

This was my first visit to Dental Studio of Iowa and it was fabulous! Jamie my hygienist was gentle and thorough with my cleaning. Dr. Elmitt did a great job explaining potential issues and treatments-liked his conservative, patient driven approach.

The office has a very modern touch, from the decor to the online check-in. It is great to have all paperwork done, prior to walking in the office. Chelsey was my hygienist and she was fantastic! I warned her of my sensitive gums and she made sure to take it easy on me. She was very informative about how to resolve a lot of my issues. She even showed me pictures of my teeth, explaining the issues. Dr. Karch was amazing! He was very friendly and thorough. He examined each tooth and went over results. He explained the decisions for me and offered answers to all my questions. Most important, he stayed late to finish up with my appointment (past closing) and still made sure to thank me for coming in. I will be back, for sure.

The Dental Studio is absolutely wonderful! I had been looking for a new dentist and I am glad that I ended up here! From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted right away and offered snacks while you wait. Dr. Karch and his assistant Beth are so kind and fun to talk to! From my first consultation to my crown and filling, they made me feel comfortable and that none of my questions were silly. They make sure you are numb and totally comfortable before any work is done. Great chair side manor and I appreciate that! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!
