I ended up with a bad abcess on Monday 8/26/19. I tried to reach the dentist I was going to previously, with no response I ended up driving to their office on Tuesday, to find out their phone lines were down and that they were no longer accepting my insurance as of a month or so ago. I found that to be very unprofessional to have not sent out any kind of notice to their patients. I would have been able to find some where else to go. By chance and Google I found Hillside Family Dentistry and I was extremely satisfied with my whole experiance, starting with the wonderful lady I spoke with *Heather* to schedule my appointment and then with, Chris who was awesome in getting everything ready and set up for Dr. Abbareddy. Dr. Abbareddy was very helpful and knowledgeable in knowing exactly what needed to happen next and then her ability to continuously calm me down since I have serious dental anxiety. I believe this experience may be what I needed to continue to seek dental care in the future. I am planning on scheduling appointments for my kids soon. I also appreciated the environment being so neat and CLEAN! Just a overall great place with great staff! Thank you so much!

Wonderful, friendly staff. I have severe anxiety when it comes to dentists, they explained everything they were doing making it more comfortable. They explained all costs before I had anything done so there were no surprises. I was in severe pain and their focus was to resolve that as quickly as possible while still giving options about going about it.

The staff is so so friendly and helpful really made me feel at ease! I hadn’t been able to afford dental insurance since I got out of the military for years, so I hadn’t seen a dentist since discharging from the military. I had to get insurance finally out of necessity and I was so very scared and embarrassed to go to see a dentist after so long, but Hillside was recommended to me by a friend and oh my gosh they definitely were so warm and friendly and extremely understanding of my situation and helped me so much without making me feel shameful at all. I won’t go anywhere else. They made what I thought would be an awful and stressful experience, into a comforting and helpful experience. I definitely recommend Hillside Family Dentist.

Amazing staff! Scheduling was quick and easy, the wait was five minutes tops, clean office. I used to have anxiety about dental work but Ashley (hygienist) curbed all of my fears on the first visit. They will work with you and your insurance provider to ensure the best price and if it is a costly procedure they offer payment plans!

I had a great visit at the newly remodeled office. I have been going to the same place since I was a kid, and it is like a breath of fresh air walking in the door now. It was also my first meeting with the new resident dentist, Jasmine Shakya. She is very nice, and did a great job trying to get to the bottom of the pain I was experiencing. Looking forward to seeing the practice grow!

Went in to have my crown put back in. Unfortunately stays weren't working on the first visit so it had to be temporarily secured in place. It stayed on for a few days. Returned the following week, xrays taken and crown bonded back in place.
Staff very friendly, esp dental assistant Chris. Puts you at ease.
Felt as though they were trying to provide me with the best solutions for my situation - - not "sell" the most expensive treatments / options.
