Dear Mrs Lonnie, In 10-25-2021 I did call you to confirm the refund amount and here what you told me before you hang up on me right away. "the refund amount is $2858 and its out of our hand you need to contact with Care credit, " you hang up on me right away,

I would like to not recommend this office because the front desk and doctor and office manager not cooperate good and REALLY UN-PROFESSIONAL.

If you can see the refund credit $2.858 thats i listed above is not small money. They hold it over 3 months.

Front desk: it hard to contact and call , everytime call in busy and go voice mail. No phone call back. Confirmed appt always not match what we have done scheduled. still laughing with another client while pick up my phone line. And do not pick up my phone number while i call in (i notice this while I call in with another phone)

Office manager: old office manager name is Melody. Hold on my refund amount $2858 without let client know until I notice by call them because find out the treatment not done yet but no more appt.

I cannot believe they hold my credit $2858 without let customer know. and told me will work on it 2 weeks and today 10-25-2021 let me know the refund is completed.

my treatment plan costed more $7000. I paid half and my insurance delta paid half. they collected full amount $7000 more at the 1st day at 01-15-2021. and until 10-25-2021 I still do not have my credit.

new office manager: Mrs. Lonnie hang up on me right away after she said:" it out of my hang and you need to contact with Care credit "

Other, Mrs. Lonnie you told me to email me the HIPPA form for me to fill out transfer my medical records to new provider. BUT you did not email it to me. So I have to ask help from new provider to email your guys my request from them.

BAD dentist office that I EVER experience.

BAD EXPERIENCE ABOUT OFFICE MANAGER DO NOT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE REFUND CREDIT FOR CUSTOMER BY CARE CREDIT.
BAD EXPERICEN ABOUT HELPING CUSTOMER ON RELEASE FORM INFORMATION TO TRANSFER TO NEW PROVIDER.

Lonnie, Emma and everyone is so very nice and helpful. They're wonderful ladies, Karley took great care of my boyfriend... We're both really happy we found them..

Very very happy with my tooth extraction experience. Dr. Abbareddy made sure I was well numbed before even beginning the process! I'm also pregnant and they made sure baby and I both were comfortable and had what we needed. I'm very happy with my experience and glad to have gone here to have this procedure done.

I have pretty severe anxiety about dental work due to some negative experiences I’ve had in the past. Today I got my first crown and I was terrified. It took everything I had to not cancel the appointment out of fear. Chris and Dr A were absolutely awesome. They checked in on me frequently and made me feel so much more comfortable. Thank you both so much!

I always hate going to the dentist. This experience was exceptionally pleasing. The doctor as well as his assistant were extremely respectful and generous. They explained my visit in detail as well as all possible options available. They both gave me their professional opinions and time to decide. I will be calling back soon to schedule the treatment option!

The cleaning process was a breeze. Could not even say it was uncomfortable. Was sorry I could not get the other procedures performed that day and will have to come back. But that’s the way things happen sometimes.

I just had the best dentist appt ever! Starting with Emma at the front desk who made sure I got in right away to have my front crown repaired, to Lonnie the Office Manager who won me over with her big heart and flattering comments about my blue eyes, to the hygienist.Karley who was so sweet and kind throughout my visit, to the wonderful dentist Dr.Doan who did his magic to make sure I walked out with my smile intact! I have a future appt and hopefully can get back on track with their help to correcting my dental issues. Love this place. Receptionist are great and remember your name!! They greet you and try to work with you as best as they can. They have found specialist for me ASAP, when i needed, as well. They really want to help you get a dental plan and complete the plan. During quarantine they also helped me when i had some tooth pain.

The staff at Hillside Family Dentist was friendly from the moment I walked in. Emma greated me with a smile. The dentist Dr. Doan is knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. The Office manager was kind and helpful, she got me get in same day with a toothache. Thank you Hillside Family Dentist
