They told me that the exam was free and told me I could bring a x-ray taken a week earlier. Get there and wasted my time. After 45 minutes they try to make me take a x-ray and charge me 110. When I said no she said she couldn't do the exam so she wouldn't charge me. How you gonna charge me when it was suppose to be free

Throughout my life I have not taken care of my teeth the best, also medication that made me grind my teeth, I would have to say I am embarrassed of my smile. A few weeks ago I woke up to a swollen face. I called in the morning and was in by 1 PM. (Would have came earlier, but literally went to work swollen and in pain until someone could come run the floor.)

The front ladies were great and very welcoming! Dr Doan and Kristy were awesome! They took their time and talked to me about options. When I became embarrassed and cried, they were truly empathic. Thank you for that. I plan this year to fully get my smile corrected. 👏👍

They took care of me as soon as possible, they worked with me getting my new insurance up to date, and in the past Dr. Doan was kind enough toxstat after work hours to help me with my tooth pain. Thank you for your service and care

Treated presidential! I was called by name, didn't wait long at all and was in for a regular check up but needed a filling. I was able to get that done without delay or rescheduling. I was impressed by the professionalism and consideration of my time. Great Job!!!!

Staff was absolutely amazing also very patient and gentle with my toddler. Definitely recommend going here!

Staff were all friendly and welcoming. My dentist, Jodi Nguyen, was entertaining as she informed me of the condition of my teeth and what she could do for me. I thought she was very thorough in her assessment. She did a good job of pulling out a tooth and cutting out the infected tissue left in the area so that I could avoid taking an antibiotic. She provided me with the information I needed to take care of my remaining teeth and the area she had worked on. I left happy after being given a return date for follow up.

If you have a non-confrontational significant other. DO NOT send them here. I ordered myself and my wife a tooth extraction. And I made it very clear, financially. We're just pulling the tooth. And a general cleaning. My wife went alone and I watched our newborn. They tried to sell my wife on a root canal even tho I stressed, just an extraction. Then charged her things outside of our insurance. When I stressed financially we couldn't afford it. Then blamed it on us not having good enough insurance, absolutely ridiculous. They don't care about your teeth. They care about your wallet. Trust. They did excellent work. If you have money to burn, they will burn it for you. Did a trash job listening and took advantage of my wife. Which is unfortunate. Because I really need the work done, but definitely not here.

Horrible the people at the front desk are rude. They talk about customers after they get off the phone with them. I sat in the lobby for an hour in a half waiting on my husband and that was all I heard was gossip. Then to top it off we had an appointment we knew we where going to be late since we had issues getting the kids out of school so I called and let them know that we would be alittle late and she said that was okay as long as we were no more than 10 minutes I told her thank you and when they got there they were only 7 minutes late and the lady told them that we had to reschedule. So that right there was my last straw with them and we will not be back and will not be recommending anyone to them.

Hillside Family Dental provided a pleasant and comforting experience. They worked with me and answered all my questions. Very nice staff.
