At first the place was wonderful. I have a huge fear of the dentist and the staff put me at ease the first two appointments. The dental hygienist, Ashley was the best.
But that is we’re the good ends and the bad begins. I had two appointments for January. I had scheduled them on those days because I had other appointments those days. I scheduled the time off from work as I work a 7:30 to 5 Monday to Friday job so there is no making up time or switching days with someone. I used two vacation days because of this. If I would not have scheduled the dentist appointments I would have been late to work a few hours and would not have used vaccination days.
The day before each appointment I was called to reschedule. I told the person that I was not taking another day off for the appointments. I was now losing two vacation days because of them over booking or as I was told “the doctor was the one that said my appointments.”
So I ASKED if they were going to be open February 21. I told her that was Mardi Gras day and I had off. She say that they were open and scheduled both my appointments for the one day.
Can you guess what happened the day before my appointments? If you guessed they called the reschedule my appointment again, you are partially right. They emailed me. I called them and I was told that they were going to be CLOSED. Now I had prepaided for this appointment so they had my money and they were not worried about getting the work done. So I told the lady to refund me and cancel all my appointments. WHO BOOKS APPOINTMENTS ON A DAY THEY WILL BE CLOSED! That makes not sense! I am done with Aspen. I was ready to spend upwards of $4000 there but now I will bring my business elsewhere. The two stars for Ashley and the two young lady that saw me the day time. No stars for anyone or thing else.
