I am simply amazed with Aspen Dental! Excellent service and wonderful personnel. Dr Louis Montoya is a true professional with a care for his patients and a delightful personality as well. Both my Dental Assistant and hygienist were so very kind and caring. I am most impressed by Aspen's ability to work with my schedule and go above and beyond by rearranging my appointments. I am truly impress and appreciative!!

I called the Houma office on September 10 to schedule an appointment as a new patient, the secretary took my name and number and said she would call me back to get more information why didn't she just get my information at that time, as of today 9/19/2022 I still have not heard from them.
If this is the way they do there patients then I'd rather go somewhere else.

This is the BEST dentistry office. The staff and Dr is Sooo very awesome. I wish I had gone to them prior to my prior dentistry . I would recommend everyone to this place !!

Usually I read reviews so I hope my review will be helpful. I worked a root canal with Dr. Matherne, 2 zirconium crowns with Dr. Vincent for crown preparation and Dr. Louis for cementing the crowns. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and very transparent with the prices. The whole process was done in 2 different days (root canal and crown preparation in one day and cementing the crowns in another session, a week after). Fast and convenient. The quotes given to me at the beginning were very accurate , I did not pay anything more. The clinic does not accept differed payments so they asked me to pay everything at the day of service. They do offer a care credit application so people could apply in the clinic and they find right away if they are accepted for a credit or not. Less positive : the number of X-rays taken: a lot, especially when the assistant could not point exactly the good teeth, I had a back tooth for work and it took more than 5 tries to get the correct X-ray picture. I am just concerned with the effect of X-rays on my body but for some people it might not be a concern. Also another assistant mistakenly pool on another tooth when he had to pull of the temporary crowns and crumbled a little a tooth that was not for treatment. Dr. Louis took care of that and ensured me that he will do a filing if needed. Dr. Vincent and Dr. Louis are bilingual (Dr. Vincent speaks French and Dr. Louis, Spanish), they are very nice to work with as well as with dr. Matherne. Overall satisfied with the result and definitely, I will go back for treatment at this clinic.
