Aspen Dental

I'm going out of my way to post this review. Everything and everyone at the Houma location was exceptional. I would like to give an extra special shout out to Dr. Smith, Ms Lenay and Ms Leann. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was treated promptly and with professionalism. Great people, who do their jobs as efficiently as they do are hard to find. Kudos to you ladies.

I had a wonderful experience with all the staff they were very friendly

My first visit to the dentist in 20 years was here. Even tho I have never had a bad experience with a dentist I've always had a fear or be very nervous about going, but here every one was so friendly and smiling they pushed my anxieties down. They took thwir time to explain things and made sure I understood everything. Even when we had trouble getting my x-rays I was assured I was not at fault. I am glad I chose aspen dental as my first dental visit in such a long time and would recommend them to anyone!

Hadn’t been to the dentist since I was 17, I’m 27 now and finally talked myself into not backing out this time when I made my appt. Let me just say I’m one of those people who’s deeply terrified of the dentist. From the moment I walked in to the office to the moment I walked out ( 2 in a half hours) the patient customer service and the fact of making me feel at home was amazing. Dr. Walker and hygienist, Kelly are excellent at what they do. I definitely recommend THIS particular location to anyone.

Wow the dentist is amazing, she is goes over everything and makes sure you have no other questions. She is also funny and has an awesome Russian accent. The Alexis, my dental assistant I had took the best xrays I have ever seen, and it wasn't uncomfortable like previous dental offices (because the tabs you have to hold in your mouth). She was kind and made me feel very comfortable. Plus you get to watch the tv while waiting in the dental chair.

The broken tooth that I went to them to fix is still broken 3 weeks later. Other work has been done, but my main complaint has not been addressed. My insurance has been billed for this work, though. When I tried to discuss my absolute fear of dental work and asked if I could take something (that my primary doctor prescribes) I was told that the procedure would be over so quickly that it wouldn't have time to take effect. Almost an hour later, the doctor finally came in to my room to start the procedure. They don't listen to you as a patient. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Very friendly atmosphere. Paul was extremely helpful with taking my x-rays. Very informative consultation. Would recommend to anyone.

I haven't gone to a Dentist in over 15yrs. I found Aspen through my Insurance. I was skeptical at first going here as it was new in Houma. I was taking care of right of the back. The front desk was very friendly and went over all the work i needed and the cost upfront with my Insurance. From here it was my decision to do what work I wanted. I had much needed dental work done and Dr. Smith was very nice and caring. So after i got my root canal, extraction, crown's, and cavities done...I saw Mrs. Loirett Hebert RDH, for my cleanings. She was also so nice and informative. They make you feel so comfortable here. I felt no stress and was not pressured to do anything that i didn't want done. I recommend this place to anyone.

The staff at Aspen Dental in Houma was wonderful. They addressed all of my husbands needs. Ericka and Dr. Vincent went above and beyond to help us with the best program for him. Highly recommended if in need of a great dentist, quickly and affordable.

From my first visit ti every visit i have had an great experience. Very welcoming and caring staff and Dr. Walker is awesome. She really takes the time and cares about how you feel when you leave her chair.
