I have only had my first appointment for X-rays and a plan of treatment. I was very pleased with their professionalism and also sincere caring personalities of each person I encountered. From the front desk, to Paul (think his name is) taking X-rays and questionnaire and prep for the dentist, the lady dentist( I forgot her name) was very compassionate and explained clearly everything, and then the person who explained costs and such was very helpful. After a traumatic experience at another dentist in another town ... I’ve put off needs in my teeth. After this visit I can say I am more at ease again with going back here.

They gave me a contract then said that the person that wrote the contract didn't charge me enough and wanted to charge me more. Didn't wanted to cancel my appointment unless I wanted to pay the extra when I show up for my appointment now I drove from Slidell they canceled my appointment at the front desk instead of calling me with common courtesy the lady at the front desk says the doctor didn't feel comfortable so made me feel like there was a doctor straight out of school so I definitely didn't want to get it done there. Beware this place. Now I called the number they told me to call and I talked to a person called Michelle and she said that she was going to refund my money okay I wait the next day check my credit card she didn't refund my money then I tried to call the number back and it's fake it leads to a cable company or telephone company they running a scam. I have the picture of what the number they told me to call down below this place is a scam.

I am quite disappointed in the services here. I have left my job on a number of occasions to be told the dr's not her, we don't have the proper materials, we need to reschedule and this last time we dont have your trays.
I have been in, AGAIN a set of trays for over a month. Take into consideration the bill don't stop coming even though the service is not rendered. They billed my finance company in advance. Lets not leave out the fact the sign in the office advertises 99 a month and my bill is about 200 a month.

Very nice people and the doctor explained everything to my husband and I and so did the lady that did my paper work. Friendly atmosphere.

The staff is friendly & the place is clean but that’s about the only positive thing I can say. The wait times have been ridiculous even just for a cleaning. My most recent appointment, the wait time was very minimal but the cleaning process was the most painful I’ve ever experienced. Ive had great, almost comfortable visits at every other dentist office I’ve ever been to. At this location, a water pick was used to initially clean my gum line. I felt like she was slicing into my gums the entire time. Then had the nerve to ask if I floss bc I had “some bleeding”. She also praised me multiple times for how well kept my teeth were but also felt like she was digging for gold btwn my teeth with the metal hook. It’s been almost 24 hrs & my teeth still hurt! If this wouldn’t be the only place that accepts my dental ins, I definitely would not continue to go there.

Complete nightmare that hasn't ended! I was so disappointed in the lack of care given, and that I will continue paying on this for years to come. I have cried many times over this place!!! Please get a 2nd opinion!!!! Hell, try and get your dental records and you will see the truth about Aspen! I am currently looking for a new dentist to complete what Aspen started and then dismissed me as a patient for being outraged over them never completing work, after mistake after mistake! Pay a few hundred dollars for an xray elsewhere before allowing these ppl to start work that cant be undone.

If you have something else to do with your time dont bother visiting this clinic for dental services. You will WAIT and WAIT and WAIIIT and once ur done with that part, you will quickly realize it wasn't worth the wait.. first the XRAYs will take what feels like forever and done in a communal area thats doesn't look clean, secondly, when u get an appointment (probably after they hustle you into one) the dentist might ask you to do your own suction... because the assistant will be swamped with something else to do in their little shorthanded clinic. But the checkout is very swift, trust me they wont HESITATE nor DELAY to take your money. Terrible service. Working my way back to previous dentist . .

Very affordable! An amazing staff!! Everyone worked together. They all had great smiles..Elizabeth McWhorter was so sweet and bubbly. Definitely will return for more dental work.. I had so many complements on the my teeth!!Thank you Katherine

Fist few visits went fine, my last visit , it took an hour before I was called to the back , they always have the wrong appt scheduled, other then that , good dentist if you have the patience to sit a hour before you get called in

To start I called over to find out if they take my insurance. I was told they did, scheduled an appointment the same day due to an abscessed tooth. I get there and the gentleman up front was super nice. He informed me I talked to a call center and they don’t take my insurance. I still agreed to get the exam. After waiting a hour and they calling multiple people to the back that was only there 5-10 minutes I just left. I don’t think they should offer free exams but prioritize those patients last. I could understand if I was a walk in and didn’t have an appointment. I did though and I was there early as requested. Pretty poor care is being provided. I wish I could have a comment about the dentist but didn’t have a chance to see them.
